I would like to write a worthwhile review about such a wonderful hotel as Delphin Botanik. Resting in it, we received a lot of positive emotions, but now everything is in order.
The time of stay in this hotel fell on the middle of June, to be exact 14.06-27-06.
We were met by the Intourist company. Everything went smoothly at the airport, the transfer took us to the hotel well. The driver was normal, didn't drive ; ). Our guide on the way to the hotel (1:20 - 1:30 min) entertained us with stories about the country, customs, traditions, etc. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were well received. 2 waitresses immediately came up: one with towels to dry his hands and refresh his face, the second with cocktails (later we realized what they were made of: pina collada with ice and strawberries with ice). There were no problems with settling in. We are a company of 10 people with children. The reception staff respectfully treated our request to give rooms in the same building, on the same floor, and immediately found us a suitable option. The choice fell on the Palm building, 2nd floor. I will say right away that the location of this building seemed to us the most successful, since 2 roads depart from it: one directly to the beach, the second to the Park building, that is, to the main restaurant. In total, there are 5 such buildings on the territory: Park (there is a main restaurant on the 1st floor), Orchid (as far as I remember, the closest to the building with reception), Palma, Mimosa (the quietest) and Rose (next to the children's amusement park ). Despite the fact that the amusement park is only open until half past ten or so, it is still noisy there for quite a long time, as there is a pool, a bar, etc. ).
As for the room: everything is clean, tidy, tasteful. We were 3 people in the room: 2 children and 1 adult. The room had 2 beds: one double and 1-1-sleeping. At the entrance to the room there is a closet where you can both hang and put things, in the same closet there is a safe. The room has a minibar, replenished daily. What is included, I will describe approximately: 3 cans of beer, something like our fanta, Pepsi, mineral water (carbonated), plain water, nuts, 1 chocolate bar. The bathroom has a shower-bath. There is also shampoo, shower gel, 2 towels for each (bath and facial). There is a hairdryer. There are many brochures in the room that will make your stay at this hotel more comfortable. There is a list of channels on the table, and on the reverse side are the components of the minibar, you can check everything at once. The maids clean every day, there were no problems with this, they understand little in Russian, in English too. But they have seniors who periodically pass through the buildings, you can contact them. We had a small problem with towels and the maid on our floor, upon learning that we spoke English, immediately called the senior who resolved the problem. Colored crayons and coloring books are placed in the room for children, for adults, in case: an envelope and paper, a simple pencil.
The territory of the hotel impressed us with its volumes and the way it is well maintained. It is a botanical garden. There is not a single place where we do not see the name of a plant or flower. They serve nuts for beer. In the pool bar, they give ice cream all day, in the bar at the entrance to the beach there are apples in ice (by the way, it’s very convenient, always cold), this bar is self-service. Near the main pool, in the middle, all the animation takes place, there are also 3 adult slides, and a pool with children. There is a stage in the pool itself. If you go to where the amusement park is, there you will be met by another pool with a complex of children's slides, and 3 more adults. Near this pool there is a bar with wicker chairs and tables, they serve coffee, cocktails and cakes all day. All slides on site are open until 6 o'clock, after which, in fact, they are no longer needed. Now not much about the beach. The beach is pebbly, sometimes sand comes across at the entrance to the sea. I won’t say that it used to be that we didn’t find a single free sunbed, but where these sunbeds were is another story. We always go to the beach, that on the road departing from our building, it turned out to be the end of the beach, but there are fewer noisy children and it is easier to find sunbeds. Do you know why it's so hard to find sun loungers by the pool or by the beach? ! Yes, because shameless people take places there from 6, from 5 in the morning, or even from the very evening! And this despite the fact that signs are hanging everywhere saying not to take up space in advance! Such antics were done mainly by "domestic" tourists, while foreigners only had to stand with eyes of 5 kopecks and be surprised. Near the beach, the main pool and the pool "with cakes" there are gazebos with canopies where you can relax at lunch, sleep, but don't flatter yourself: they are always occupied too. One time, the cleaner came and collected all the towels from the evening that were occupied and put them in a pile. So these aunts, in the morning, threw such a scandal, until they were clearly explained that they were wrong. Thank you guest relay. Beautiful people. No matter how you meet them, they always ask: are you feeling well, what are your wishes, etc. But back to the beach. Perhaps it will be painful for children to enter the sea, although it is useful to walk on pebbles. There are still people there who did not bring children to the toilet, but directly forced them to relieve themselves in the pool, flower beds and the sea.

The guys from the animation team are great fellows. Every evening there is some kind of performance: either Turkish dances, or magnificent concerts prepared by the mini-club, or Caucasian dances, the Moscow circus, acrobats from Kenya, Brazilian dances, bingo, fashion shows, karaoke, live music, etc. The animation is not intrusive, if you want, participate, if you want - no, but it's impossible not to participate, because everything is so interesting! At lunchtime, pool games are held: one for juniors, the other for adults. Later, everyone dances 2 club dances, the movements are light, the songs are funny, they are remembered quickly. The 2nd time they danced a club dance after the evening shows. Every night there is a disco. In the mini-club, children were not only interested in: riding horses, and riding a banana, and coloring T-shirts, and a pirate day, and painting balloons, and making salads, and singing, and preparing concerts. Mini disco every night. Our kids had fun! Movies and cartoons are shown every evening. One day a Russian cartoon and a German film, the next day - vice versa. An amusement park is open from 20:00 to 22:30, where children are given free cotton candy and popcorn, compotes and cocktails. Roundabouts, swings, Ferris wheel, cars, trampoline, etc. A few more words about karaoke. We got only one night, and imagine, the director of the hotel sat behind us, the director himself! And he behaved, I will say, like an ordinary person, he didn’t pant, he didn’t pretend to be. Then he went out to sing karaoke, and almost no one even recognized him, since he was just dressed. Believe me, there is nothing to do in everything except the Ottoman, and even more so there! After their Peking duck, I felt so bad, you can't imagine! The fact is that only in the Ottoman restaurant there is a buffet, in others everything is on the menu, that is, they bring you everything that is there, since the choice is small. During the day, you simply will not be hungry! From half past one, a snack bar opens near the main pool, they serve: hot dogs, doners, hamburgers, salads, soups, fruits, pizza, etc. Then, after lunch, carts pass with rice and vegetables, empanadas, corn. They also give out French fries with chicken, etc. The snack bar is open for those who don't want to go up to their room and get dressed for dinner. Under the roof there are tables where you can safely sit down and dine, breathe fresh air. A man passes by with basins and an ice-cold solution of flavored water, and without warning, he approaches people, and squeezes a towel with ice-cold water on his back, and then says: a botanist takes care of your health!; ). Now the long-awaited story about the market. If you go outside the hotel, and look to the right, you can see a large luminous sign "ALARA GRAND BAZAR". Just go, go right, and you can walk right to it. BUT, you need to skip 1 underground passage, and in the second pass to the left and climb the stairs, and now, you find yourself right at the entrance to the bazaar. You can find everything there: from jewelry, to leather, from souvenirs, to “branded clothing”. We were there 6 times during the whole vacation, but we found only one proven boutique with souvenirs and 1 with clothes. There, the sellers will offer tea, and talk, and throw off decently. On the way to the pool, a table is set, with all kinds of snacks, and next to it is another one, where it is written with multi-colored candles “gala”. First, according to tradition, some kind of show, then the toastmaster announces all the chefs of the hotel, the so-called "dolphin family". And then, the fun begins, when they all start jumping into the pool (according to a long tradition! ) And dancing there! The spectacle is, of course, beautiful. Then the chef rolls out a huge, huge cake, and the toastmaster launches a champagne pyramid! Later, a real night with dances, songs and jokes. Really interesting.
