The BAYAR BEACH HOTEL is a very twofold hotel. I'll try to explain why. The hotel has several buildings. And only the main building meets three stars. But if you get to the Annex building, then get ready for unpleasant surprises. From my observations I will say the following - tourists of the "Tez Tour" are guaranteed to get there. And they are accommodated there "thanks" to the guide of the "tez tour" Ibrahim (it is worth writing about this person separately). Annex building pulls no more than 2 stars. We were put in room 753. In it: a broken sink, a socket torn out of the wall, beaten ceiling lamps, a falling apart wardrobe, no TV remote control, balcony doors that close with difficulty (in some rooms of this building, balconies do not close at all due to broken fittings ). There is only one hanger and 1 chair in a 3-bed room. There is no hot water, summer temperature flows from the tap, all the water disappears at least once a day, the light is turned off in the evening and at lunchtime.
Attention, in the rooms on the 6th floor, the balcony railings are electric! An iron pin 5 cm high is embedded on the balcony to fix the door, it is really cripple about it.
Hotel service. The sockets were put in place on the first day, the remotes were brought on the second day. Chairs in the room and hangers did not wait (complete disregard). At the reception, they react to comments about the lack of water, but after the arrival of the plumber, the problems with water continued the next day. On the second day, we discovered that we were not alone in the room - small red ants were running everywhere. When I began to demand that we be moved to a room where there are no insects and there is water - in response, sympathetic expressions on the faces of the staff and the answer that this is impossible. The room was not cleaned for 3 days, on the 3rd day the garbage was taken out, sweeping and wet cleaning were not done at all during the entire stay in this building, the bed was made up to the maximum.

On the 4th day, when the water was once again turned off and the child was left in the shower with foam on his head from shampoo, his patience snapped. Having filmed all this on video, I went to the hotel manager with a demand to move us to the main building and a promise to post this video and photo on the Internet. On the 5th day we were given the keys to the room in the main building. The rooms vary in size and quality. Completely different furniture, a larger bathroom, tinted glass on the windows, fittings on the balcony work, hot water is really hot. The rooms are cleaned every day.
Nutrition. I am not a fan of food, I do not need meat every day, but in a week I really threw off 3 kilos. It seems that the hotel is worried that tourists do not overeat. The portions are very small, for example, if someone was given more than the prescribed 2 slices of potatoes or a little more chicken, the head chef began to swear at the cooks right in front of the tourists.
What I would especially like to note is the complete absence of fruits, which the transferman praised so much during the transfer from Antalya to the hotel. We never saw the local bananas and oranges. There were only tasteless (unsweetened) watermelons and small green hard apples, which changed places for dinner and lunch. There were no sweets (pastries) or even these fruits for breakfast. Constantly rice and soy sausages with soy meat.
All inclusive. The Turks have a strange concept of this term. You won't be able to drink anything until 10 am. Even their nasty yuppie. Because there are no glasses anywhere (by the way, they are 90% plastic, only Turks get guaranteed glass and washed ones). At 10:00 the bar starts working, which stops for lunch (12:30-14:00) and until 18:00. Then the bar is open from 21:00 to 23:00. Three bars in the hotel - very loudly said. The bar on the beach is rented out, there is nothing but water and yuppies in coolers, everything else is for money (glasses on the beach are not washed).
Rooftop bar near the small pool - only soy burgers and fries (no drinks).
The main pool, although cleaned every morning, is so cloudy that you can hardly see your toes at the bottom. The hill is excellent. Sun beds need to be borrowed at 7 am. There are only 30 of them at the main pool (not enough for everyone). Mattresses only near the pool, which is in front of the hotel. Umbrellas are also tight. There are no more than ten of them.

Beach. The beach is dirty, it looks like the beaches of the Black Sea, it really is not cleaned. The entrance is rocky, so everyone swims away from the beach hotel, where the mattresses are for a dollar. Going to the beach across the road, be careful with children, I saw more lawlessness on the roads only in Egypt. Unfortunately, it was stormy all the time, so the sea was dirty (algae and sand). In the sea during a storm, the complete absence of life, Only 50 meters from the shore you can see fry.
Entertainment: a disassembled tennis table without a net and rackets is in the basement with a toilet. Billiards - 2 euros, Internet is paid, to the right of the hotel is the Reno salon - from it you can connect in certain places to relatively good free wi fi. Darts with animators. The playground is just miserable, you don’t even want to stop on it.
Guide Ibrahim from Tez tour. Rare scoundrel, crook and boor. All his work boils down to "price" tours more expensive. With me, he “loaded” a girl on a Turkish bath for 40 bucks, although he sold us for 25, the real price is 20. I tried to upload that sunbeds on the beach were paid, and he would agree for a dollar a day. When asked to help solve problems with the hotel staff, he would pretend not to notice you and just run away.
When I specifically asked him for whom he works, for the hotel, for himself or for Tez tour, he began to be rude and offered to contact those who sent us on vacation, saying that he could not solve anything and would not talk to anyone, these are our problems, which we must decide for ourselves, otherwise it seems like we are demanding something incomprehensible, bring them chairs with water in the room. In general, if anyone from Tez tour comes here, pay attention to your employee if you value the image of the company.
In general, all tourists, regardless of countries (Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan), agreed that the hotel has more negative than positive. No one with whom I spoke showed a desire to return here again.
