Judging by previous reviews, the hotel is changing for the better.
The hotel is an average budget 5 in Alanya.
When choosing this hotel, you need to immediately understand:
1) this is not 1, not 2, and not even 4 lines. On foot you will not reach the sea, but the bus to the beach runs every hour.
2) the hotel stands on a steep mountain, if you settle in a villa, there will either be constant very tiring climbs up the mountain to the main building (where all the infrastructure is located) or you need to tie all your actions to a minibus that runs around the hotel every hour.
If it suits - the rest is quite worthy.

The food is excellent: everything is fresh, constantly meat: veal, several types of turkey, chicken, all kinds of side dishes, fruits, vegetables, sweets... A lot and without restrictions. Snacks at the hotel bars and at the beach bar. Great water park and huge pool. Room in the villa: two-story, with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with upholstered furniture and a TV, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a Jacuzzi bath), two balconies with stunning views of the mountains and the sea. . .
At the end of September, the hotel was not overcrowded, there were free sunbeds everywhere, there were no queues in the dining room and there was no crush on the buses.
The staff is very friendly, attentive but not pushy. Any issue was resolved immediately (whether it was calling a car, or repairing plumbing, or even an additional free safe in the main building! ). But there was an exception - a lifeguard in the water park. Daughter (16 years old) accidentally hit, sat down on a chair - a rescuer came up and asked what happened. I could not explain in English, and when he heard Russian speech, he lost all interest in us. Everything went well, but the sediment remained bad...
WiFi is weak and free only in the lobby.
The animation was both for children and adults, but the evening performances were boring for us (except for the fire show and dancing)
And the last thing - the cost of a last-minute voucher for 9 days was 43 thousand for two ($ 1100), this is ridiculous money for such a vacation. For a lot of money, I would not go here because of the isolation of the hotel and the distance from the sea.
