We bought a penthouse in a three-story villa. They gave us the most extreme penthouse, from the side of mini-golf, although I asked for a closer one. They gave a shuttle schedule from the villas to the main building and from the hotel to the sea. We drove it for five days, but later we took the car, because. buses to the sea and to the villas began to run intermittently and were packed with people. They might not come at all. Rented a car at the hotel, 30 euros per day. Our room consisted of 2 upper floors, on the first floor with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony, on the second floor a bedroom, a bathroom and a large balcony with two sun loungers, a table and chairs. The room is equipped with all necessary equipment. But we only used the washing machine and sometimes the kettle, because took all inclusive. The service at the hotel is terrible, for 16 days of rest the sheets were changed once, but the pillowcases were never changed, they were cleaned disgustingly, and even then only when you contact the reception service. We had a problem with hot water in the villa, the heating system exploded twice and the heater did not work, they did it only after our scandal after 10 days, washed with cold water. For dinner, the table is not served. The food is very monotonous, a small assortment. The staff in the hotel is not enough, this seriously affects the service and cleanliness. Constant interruptions on the beach and in the SPA center with towels. The SPA center needs a major overhaul, it is very worn out. The beach also needs a major overhaul, especially the toilets.
