We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, put on our wristbands right away, and were checked in by 11:00 a. m. The hotel grounds are green and compact, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There were no complaints about the room; they cleaned and changed the towels. The hair dryer stopped working, so my husband went to reception to make a request. By the time he returned, the technician was already in the room with a new one. The entertainment staff was working perfectly. The food was good, varied, and they even had a night soup. The only downside is that Wi-Fi is only available at reception; everything else is paid, but we came to relax, so this isn't a major drawback. Overall, I recommend the hotel!
