We chose this hotel based on very good reviews, to be honest, now it seems that they are all fake))) so I decided to leave my review, verified on my own skin.
I will leave a review by category, so that everyone can immediately find the section they need by simply scrolling down : )
ROOMS AND ACCOMMODATION:
since we arrived at 2 pm, we were settled immediately, they didn’t ask for money or anything, the girl at the reception spoke a little Russian. I saw, during my stay at the hotel, that they arrived at 7 in the morning, they were also settled immediately, they were not tormented until dinner.

The rooms, and the hotel itself does not look like a new one or after a fresh renovation, maybe cosmetic (? ) Because. I don’t know what condition it was in before... But the rooms are NOT SUPER: I’ll start with the door to the room - the handle with the lock dangled, as if they were about to fall off, they thought that it wouldn’t even lock, t. to. the room was open, then figured out, it turns out to press the button on the exit side and slam the door from the outside. Going inside, it turned out that we had 3 beds, although there were two of us, two beds were connected into one, like a double bed and one to the side, there were two bedside tables, a table, 2 chairs. Shabby beds immediately caught my eye, the sides of which were all frayed, later my husband didn’t like the mattress either, he said that the springs rest against the back, it was normal for me, apparently I was easier, nothing rested on me))), the mattresses constantly slid who would go, he would understand, the sheets were short, they didn’t refuel, which was also annoying, because they always strove to move off the mattress.
At the expense of the air conditioner, it worked properly all the time))) There is no refrigerator in the room, there is nowhere to store purchased fruits and so on. IN THE BATHROOM, the shower and the toilet are like one whole, there is no separation, i. e. if water flows from the shower, then a puddle all over the floor and those who want to go to the toilet later will have to wet their feet, the watering can holder is broken. OOO yes, the most important thing! The door to the bath was not locked))) apparently it swelled from constant humidity. So the whole holiday was ajar, but it somehow did not bother us. The light in the bathroom also left much to be desired, the lamp illuminated only itself)))
For the first couple of days there was no hot water at all, I can’t even imagine how the parents washed their children, then the electricity was turned off in the morning, after that there were no interruptions. The TV worked, but out of 300 Russian channels we did not find who really needed it, ask at the reception, they promised to set it up. The room also had a balcony, there was 1 table on the balcony, there were no chairs, we took one chair out of the room, there was nowhere to dry things, only towel racks in the bathroom, they dried there.
Because the room is designed for 3, we had 3 white towels (no complaints, no stains) and one brown one, we immediately threw it under our feet next to the bathroom, because there was always going to be a puddle there. The bed linen looked fresh. it was clear that they had just been ironed and there were characteristic stripes from folds, but there were still stains on one pillow, and the hair on the other was not pleasant... : ( we changed them.

Cleaning in the room for a week, I noticed 4 times, 2 times washed the floor and 4 times removed the garbage, that's all! oh yes, once they took out a sweatshirt, apparently they considered it to be garbage;,, (. Since I don’t like someone to come into our room, I usually hang a do not disturb sign, there was none. There is no safe in the room either. Wi-fi is free, but the speed was not always only send a message Either early in the morning while everyone is sleeping, or whatever happens.
There was no animation, only once, a fire show was held on the beach in the evening, but I associate this with the opening of a bar on the beach.
SEA:
access to the sea through the underpass, immediately from the hotel, on the left, through the playground. After the transition, on the left are white umbrellas from the hotel. On the beach, small pebbles, sunbeds, mattresses and umbrellas are free, towels are yours. There were enough sun loungers for everyone, but there were problems with umbrellas. During our time, a bar was completed, whether the drinks are free or not, I don’t know, but I can assume that they are paid, because. no one drank alcohol on the beach. The access to the sea is very bad, there are plates everywhere, you can easily get hurt, but on the right behind the stone, it was cut through and the entry was normal and the kids were splashing around there, but there were constantly waves, sometimes it dipped headlong. Very young children found paddling pools in natural pools between the plates. We went to a private pier on the left and dived from it immediately to the depth, although we drove it away once, but from our hotel, in my opinion, everyone went there, and swam all week, admission is free.
FOOD:

since we were still in the cherry season, for breakfast, lunch and dinner we were served cherries, we ate plenty of them... But there were no desserts AT ALL, only once there were some medallions with a nickel, impregnated and that's all, but we it was not necessary, because there were cherries. To be honest, I didn’t really like BREAKFAST, for a week they fried pancakes only once, and another time scrambled eggs, the rest of the time there were only: vegetables, lettuce, soy sausages or sausage, dry breakfast of corn flakes, yogurts, cheeses, cottage cheese, various types of olives, as if everyone is only doing what they eat olives, 4 types of jam and 5 types of pies (with olives, cottage cheese, cinnamon, something similar to potatoes, I still didn’t understand that they all taste the same empty ones, t . because there was very little filling, I used them instead of rolls). Of the fruits, watermelon is always, cherries 5 days later apparently ended, a couple of times grapes and apricots. By the way, who doesn’t have time to eat in the morning, after an hour they don’t renew the food, you have to eat up what’s left.
Lunch and dinner: a standard side dish of rice in the last 2 days and it was not there, pasta, soup-puree of the same type each time different, stewed vegetables, meat - ALWAYS chicken, for a week there was never fish or other meat, or cutlets from minced meat, or soy meat and soy products. For dinner, the chicken was fried, on a spit, 2 times grilled, boiled, once made similar to beef cutlets, on the grill. Among other things, there were tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, greens, cheeses, cottage cheese, various sauces, salads, fruits are always watermelon, cherries for 5 days and a couple of times grapes and apricots.
By the end of the week, the food became more scarce, the cinnamon patties for breakfast ran out, even chicken was not served for lunch, there was only soy meat or liver.
OTHER:
FAIRS were held 2 times a week: 1 - on Saturday (you need to leave the hotel (with your back to the hotel) and go to the right, having reached the road, turn left, go straight, a little further after the Migros store) and 2 - on Tuesday (B opposite side, turn right from the road, 5 min walk).
A little further from the Migros store there is a Turkish BANK with a blue sign, where you can profitably exchange money for lira, change both dollars and euros, as well as rubles. June 201.1$ = 4.67 lira, 100 rubles = 7.17 lira. In exchangers, the exchange rate is slightly worse ($1 = 4.5 lira). In principle, everywhere you can pay in dollars.
Buses traveled on both sides of the hotel at 3 lira per person. one way to Alanya. If you want to go to the center of Alanya, see the fortress on your own and tell the bus to take you to the Center of Alanya, then you will be brought to the Shopping Center, and not to the fortress, and oh, how far... Therefore, find out in advance and specify where you specifically need , look for Russians, there are a lot of them; )

Ice cream, 1 scoop = 2 lire or 2 scoops for $1.1 spiral potato = we found it for 3 lire or $1. You can find 1 magnet for 2 lira, or 2 magnets for $1. It is more profitable to pay in lira. Lokum in the shops 5 boxes for $ 3 (125 gr. in one), 7 pcs. for $ 5 (175gr. in one) they are not very tasty and there are few of them in a box, in the M. store you can take by weight from 20-40 liras per kg (packed also in boxes), or take a ready-made box of 275gr. for 8 lira. See expiration date. At the market they took assorted Turkish delight by weight, it came out about 1kg for 27lira, but while we were walking to the hotel, the filling of one Turkish delight began to melt, therefore, because there is no refrigerator in the hotel, I do not advise you to take it in advance, unless you are going to use it right away.
EXCURSIONS:
we took it on the street, leaving the hotel (with your back to the hotel), go right to the road and turn left, Elena's excursion "walk on the Pirate ship" came out $ 12 per person - foam party, swimming in the sea, for a change you can visit: ) Because I was in Pamukkale and it was a long way from the hotel, about 4 hours, then we didn’t go there, I don’t remember the prices. They also offer from the hotel in the first days, until they got burned and tanned, to visit the hotel hammam for $ 20, I can’t say anything about it, but in my opinion it’s better to go to a specialized Hamam for $ 15, they also found out on the street where excursions. In general, last time I visited Hammam, I strongly advise you to try at least once, I liked it.
THEFT IN THE HOTEL:
before leaving, when we were already packing our things, we discovered that we did not have enough sweatshirts, which were fun in the closet. Turning to the hotel management, we did not receive any assistance on this issue, because. there were no cameras, they just waved their hands and insisted that no one steals in their hotel, cursed and yelled that we had invented everything, there was even the impression that they were covering for thieves, but this is already on their conscience, and why should we invent it, only spoil your last impression But the fact remained a fact. You may ask why nothing else was stolen, perhaps because we always locked our suitcases before leaving. The only thing that was not removed was sweatshirts so that they would not wrinkle when we went home. upset(
GENERAL IMPRESSION:

because the last impression was spoiled by the theft incident, I can’t say that we were satisfied... well, this is understandable, who will be happy? But in general, the rest was a success, which is not the merit of the hotel, but the ability not to lose heart and find positive impressions from another, so we spent all the time either on the beach or walking along the streets of Mahmutlar (the area where the hotel was located). We didn't leave hungry. The sea is clean, the waves gave their own zest for relaxation, if you come from the shore... or you can just lie on the plates, and the waves gently cover the body with bubbles breaking on the plates, you can just lie and lie... or calmly swim coming from the pier . . Everyone will find a compromise for themselves.
For lovers of snorkeling, there is nothing to see, only small fish come across near the shore. If you asked me if I would come to this hotel again, the answer would be unequivocal - NO! For the price, I've seen better alternatives.
Afterword:
After departure, tour operators bring to the store, and so the prices there are much more expensive than in Alanya. For example (in Alanya 1 box of Turkish delight costs about $2, in this store $8). Duty free is also not cheaper, I would say more expensive than in stores near the hotel, I advise you to take it in advance.
all have a good rest, and desperate, who decided to check my words - patience and good luck! : )
