Despite the fact that the bar closes at 11, they extended the opening time for us until 12, we treated ourselves to delicious white wine and excellent beer (since we don’t drink strong drinks in principle, I can’t say anything about gin and whiskey, but not a single there was no poisoning), and in gratitude for the patient wait, we were also given the keys to the safe for free. They put us in room 405. Very clean, comfortable and with great sea views. There were no breakdowns in the air conditioner or TV set, everything worked, the light was not cut down, there was always hot water.

The guide from Pegasus let us down. We were warned that at 9-30 in the morning after arrival they would tell us everything and show us everything. We did not wait for anyone until 11 am. As a result, while waiting, Emre (a chiropractor who works in a hammam and speaks good Russian and English) approached us. He helped to exchange money, showed where and what is. Then he invited me and my husband to a session. The cost is 20 dollars. Guys, go be sure and trust this wonderful specialist! I came to the session with a pinched nerve in the cervical region, I could not raise my arm above the shoulder. With one click under the shoulder blade, the person relieved my pain, it was a real miracle for me. My husband and I took 5 sessions, that is, $ 200 for two, Emre did lymphatic drainage massage for me, after which I lost 10 kg and lost a lot in volume, the first wrinkles on my face smoothed out, he also corrected my back, corrected a dislocation on my leg, which I was not set in the hospital at the time of the ankle injury, but 10 months have passed. 10 months of pain and extortion of money in different clinics without positive dynamics. And the person corrected everything for me in 1 session. The husband was threatened with surgery (partial discectomy in the lumbar region due to compression on the motor nerve root). Now it does not threaten thanks to the golden hands of an excellent specialist.
Regarding the settlement in another hotel, yes, there were such overlays. We spoke with a family from Noyabrsk, who were settled there on the first day. But they didn’t say anything bad about the other hotel either, no horrors were found there.
The food is very tasty, the abundance and variety is such that in all the days I have not been able to even try everything close. For breakfast there were scrambled eggs and milk porridge, buns, sausages, fruits (oranges, grapes, apples, tangerines, watermelons), tons of delicious vegetables, yogurt as a dressing for them. Separate respect for the rose petal jam. Everything was replenished until 10 o'clock, until breakfast was over. For lunch, 2 types of soups, meatballs, nuggets, liver, side dishes, again, vegetables and fruits were served. In short, I don’t have a habit of listing for a long time, I don’t have a habit of photographing food, this can be seen in my husband’s reviews. As for dinners, I can also say that no one was deprived of anything.
The pool was cleaned every day, the slide worked properly.
In general, the hotel staff is very nice, all kind, helpful and ready to help.
Cleaning with a change of beds was carried out 4 times, on the 5th we ourselves refused, since we had to move out in a few hours.
The entrance to the sea is difficult, enter in shoes (we were in crocs). Depth just below the shore. Out of habit, that in the Baltic under the shore it is shallow, I swam for 10 meters and then searched for the bottom for a long and painful time. It is better to go to the right of the stone. Get a mattress, you can sail 40 meters from the shore on it, there is a coral reef and beautiful fish swim, which you can watch through glasses or a mask.
The underground passage to the beach is clean, not sewage flows in the canal, frogs live in it.
Regarding the lack of sweets and desserts: in the store across the street from the hotel, delicious ice cream from 75 kurush.

From excursions we took a trip on a pirate ship in the agency to the left of the hotel. $12 per person, $5 per child. It turned out 145 lire in total. Traveling from 10 to 3, very interesting. 4 swimming in the open sea, animation, foamy disco, delicious lunch included in the price of the trip.
Also 1 time went to a night disco. It's amazing that they took us there with the children. Until 3 am. It would be hard, but we met a wonderful Turkish family and had a great time over tea =)
Compatriots were not pleased to some extent. Rudeness to the staff, nitpicking, ordering obscene music when children play in the pool. Once the husband asked for a plate in order to take a piece of meat for his daughter from the barbecue, so instead of at least a polite refusal, he heard a stream of a three-story mat.
By the way, regarding the number of stars: the guys from our own city, who were in another hotel from Pegasus, said that their hotel was much worse than ours, but was positioned as 4 stars.
Concerning the cost of vouchers for sl. I talked to Ibrahim for a year. He said that everything would be brought to mind, but he was not going to raise the price tag.
About the animation, I will say that it was. I liked darts and water polo.
