Rested at home (2 adults and 2 children 9 and 13 years) from 21 to 28 July 2017. They decided to go to Turkey spontaneously. Of all the offers offered by the tour operator, I chose this hotel because it had the least negative returns.
The hotel is just wonderful. English, Turkish, German and Russian are spoken at reception. We arrived at 8 am, arrived at the hotel at 10, so if you are traveling with children, keep in mind that the road lasted.
Check-in is after 14. Upon arrival, we filled out all the documents, we were invited to have breakfast and leaving things in the storage room, change clothes and go to sea. We were settled somewhere around 13. I didn't pay for it. I did not see the need.
I will say a few words about food. It's just wonderful and round the clock.
I do not know a more demanding family in terms of nutrition than ours (my husband loves delicious and eat a lot, I, due to illness, they only strictly diet food, children do not eat much), so I will say that we all had a very tasty and just enough. As my husband said: "there were not only red and black caviar : )), squid, shrimp ... , I will not even write about sweets, I have never met such a variety. And all this in fried, stewed, boiled and. mussels, shrimp, octopuses and all kinds of fish, on Friday - Turkish cuisine, etc.
By the way, there was a table for kids, there were dry baby porridge, milk, milk-soluble baby cookies, boiled chicken, rabbit and veal, steamed vegetables and fruits. There was a blender and sterilizer for jars.

The room itself was spacious, 3-bed. As an additional place put a cot.
The air conditioning in the rooms worked. True, they have a central air conditioning system and air conditioning is in the hallway, but it's very good, it does not blow on anyone.

We were cleaned every day, regardless of whether we gave a dollar or not. Cleaned well, no complaints. Cosmetics were also replenished daily.

Animation in the hotel is also a choir. There is a children's club, though my children never went there, somehow it didn't work out. Instead, we attended aerobics, water games, and some other group physical activities (such as yoga). There was a foam party, a children's game every night and an evening show.
By the way, the manager of work with guests speaks Ukrainian fluently, animators as well as Russian, English, German.
Once a week you can visit the à la carte restaurant. They were there too. It was delicious. The only thing that disappointed us was the hotel guide, but it was the fault of the tour operator, not the hotel. I will say the only thing is not to buy excursions from the hotel guide of the Coral-Travel company and do not exchange money from her - she is deceiving in everything, and quite seriously!
I highly recommend going to Alanya on your own. From the hotel there is a minibus, costs 5.5 buckets.
The city is beautiful, there is a bazaar, a beautiful promenade where pirate ships stand and offer an extremely interesting day trip, the price for 4 people is 45 dollars. Try it, children will be delighted.
