Rested in this hotel from May 9 to May 17. Rested, in principle, alone, only later friends with children came to the same hotel. I will make a reservation right away - I am of the opinion that you need to come and relax, and not specifically look for shortcomings. So I'll try to be objective.
1. Settlement. Due to the wild delay of the flight from Domodedovo (the airline "Tatarstan-avia" - I will never fly again !!! ) I ended up in this hotel instead of 17 pm according to their time, only at 22.30. She was angry and tired. I pay tribute to the reception - the guys are very attentive, calm, courteous, everyone speaks Russian, they immediately offered something to drink / drink on the road and offered to go to dinner. I only drank tea while they filled out questionnaires for me and took things to the room. Thank them for this.
2. Number. Got it on the 3rd floor in the corner. Small but sufficient. Small balcony. The room was facing the road. She fell asleep almost immediately from exhaustion. In the following days, a couple of times there was an idea to change the room only because I slept with an open balcony and in the evenings the noise of passing cars interfered. Also, on the other side, the rumble of a working substation or something else is constantly heard at night. Well, it's very noisy! As for the furniture, it is not new, but in good condition, like everywhere else and almost like in all hotels. The room is small - the toilet room is also small, I would even say cramped. But it didn't bother me. Fan worked fine. Gels/shampoos replenished. The TV is in the room, but it is as old and small as I had in my kitchen a few years ago. : )) But he worked and showed several Russian channels. Safe at reception. Did not use. I closed everything in a suitcase with a code. I forgot to close it a couple of times - nothing was lost. Towels are in good condition. Changed correctly. I left a dollar a couple of times - they were spinning swans.

3. The territory of the hotel is small, green, well-groomed. But surprisingly, it was enough. Clean, everything is cleaned all the time. In the evenings and at night I saw how they clean the pool. There are 2 areas for children with swings and slides. During the day, water slides were turned on for several hours. Adults also rode, but still they are not designed for them.
4. Beach and pool. Yes, the entrance to the sea upset me. I do not like a pebble beach (although the booklet says sand and pebble). And there are not small pebbles, but rather large stones. There is a pier. But during my stay it was just being renovated. Also, I was not very lucky with the weather - it was stormy all the days, except for the day of my departure. The beach itself is also clean. There were always enough sunbeds and umbrellas. Never in the morning did I run to occupy something there - neither by the sea, nor by the pool. The pool is quite large, with different depths. For the kids there is a separate mini-pool, where the water is below the knee for an adult. Small fry splashed around there - they liked it.
5. Internet. Yes, in the morning, as a rule, you could still sit in it. But very often there were problems after dinner. I kind of got used to it. Yes, and on vacation somehow I didn’t really want to sit in the internet.
6. Food, restaurants. At the time of my stay there, it felt like the hotel was 70-80 percent full. That's probably why there were enough dishes at any time.
Breakfast is standard from 7 to 10 in the morning, which I liked - there were always fried pancakes, eggs, so there were no queues. Coffee only instant from vending machines. I don’t drink juice at all, so I don’t know about their quality.
We always dined at the grill restaurant from 12 to 14 o'clock. Always meat / fish, a lot of vegetables, sweets. Feeding any man would not be difficult.
Somewhere at 16 o'clock they opened a grill restaurant for an afternoon snack - fried donuts, pizza. In the "attic bar" at that time they were preparing national cakes with cheese. Delicious.
Dinner from 19:00 to 22:00. Always themed - dedicated to the cuisine of any country. Very colorful speeches about the Turkish evening, for example. Everything is also very tasty and varied - both fish and meat in different forms, vegetables.

From fruits at that time there were always apples / pears, watermelons, a couple of times strawberries. The lobby bar always had pastries and coffee/tea machines. I drank white wine - not bad enough. Friends took beer - also, they say, there was nothing. We did not drink everything else, so I can not say about the quality.
We went to an a la carte restaurant once. Wasted dinner. : ) There is no choice there - come and they bring you everything strictly what is supposed to be on the menu (either a fish evening or a Turkish one). Were at the fishery.
In general, I liked the food of this hotel the most. Don't get me wrong - I didn't come to this hotel just to eat. : )) But I made a note for myself - it would be possible to bring my husband, a fussy eater, here.
7. Staff. Very friendly and calm. Not intrusive. She spoke both Russian and sometimes school English. : )
A very nice gestrelation girl Merim, speaks Russian, solves the problems of guests with hotel services. It's nice to chat with her. The guide from "Tez-tour" was Dima. Quite an attentive and pleasant young man. I drove for the first time on their bus to the ATM. I took tours through him. Everything is clear and on time - no complaints.
8. Excursions. I took a hammam $30 (not the one at the hotel), Pamukkale $75 and Israel $199 (there was some kind of promotion).
They take you to the hammam all the way to Alanya. Yes, the complex is large, but everyone is still bred there for money. If there is no money, they will provide a service, take you to the hotel and there you will give the money to the driver. With the hammam, I got a little story. The attendant, in my opinion, frankly cheated on me (there is something to compare with). Therefore, when we went out and everyone was asked if they liked it or not, I answered no. And they took me to wash again, put another bath attendant, and now he worked for 100%.
Pamukkale. Very early rise - picked up from the hotel around 4 am. Then they drive for a very long time, you can sleep. There was a very nice English speaking guide. Travertine certainly impressed me! And the Cleopatra pool is very cool! True, at some point passing by the pool looked like an ear - a bunch of people. Imagine what's going on there during the season. Impressions - one time to go to see it, probably worth it.

Israel. I didn't expect to go there at all. I bribed the price of the tour. Departure from the hotel at about 17:00, dinner to the airport, airport-flight-Ben Gurion airport, hotel in Palestine, overnight. The next day, an extensive program of Christian places, swimming in the Jordan, relaxing in the Dead Sea, airport-flight-airport of Antalya, was in the room at about 03.30 at night. I was warned that the tour is exhausting, but impressive. That is how it is. I am very happy and have no regrets!
9. Animation. The team is large and multilingual. There are also Russians. They tried to shake the people as best they could. Sometimes they succeeded, sometimes they didn't. For children, everything is always the same. For adults - every day a themed evening. After the animation, there is nothing to do and everyone goes to sleep.
Here it is, in general. Objective assessment - I recommend a holiday for families with children, the elderly and those who seek a secluded and relaxing holiday.
