I arrived at this hotel on May 28.2018. I didn't like it right away. our room was never cleaned, it was very dirty. they fed very badly with all sorts of gruel. Stewed meat was given for lunch. It was impossible to eat. it was lost and the food was almost all stale. The beach and sun loungers included in the package were free. As soon as we went to the beach, they didn’t let us go there and said the entrance was paid, and moreover, one non-Russian insulted us with foul language so that we wouldn’t go there. we never got to our beach, we had to go swimming on a wild beach three kilometers away. What a nightmare this is. Everything was fully included in the vouchers, but I don’t see it. We have been deceived. I do not advise everyone to go to this hotel.
