I chose this hotel by chance when booking a ticket for a minute (I was going to another one), because of the beach it’s bigger, it’s ???? , the photos of the hotel were quite normal) after that I read a very large number of negative reviews, which of course upset me a little, worried, because I went with my mother and child, but everything turned out just fine. The hotel for 3 * is excellent, if you do not find fault, the rest will succeed. The owner is a very good person, the staff are also all wonderful people (they speak Russian), if you need help, prompt, they will always help, they were interested in the guests, what would they like for breakfast ??????? ? and everything was done!
There was always something to eat! And coffee, tea, carbonated drinks and water at any time and in any quantity)) is super ????
I don't know how often other rooms were cleaned. we were with a small child, I myself came up and asked to be cleaned from us when I needed it.

The hotel is quiet and calm, there is no animation, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around)
There is Wi-fi in the hotel, but it caught in places, but it was even better on the beach)

The beach is close and convenient to reach (for us it was) yes, for this hotel umbrellas, sun loungers and mattresses are free, you must present a card that they give at the reception and if you have it, no one will be able to prevent you from going to the beach.
