Tourists who did not get rooms in the main building are accommodated in the Lemoral apart hotel, which is located 300 meters from the main building. Everything would be fine, but the conditions there are much worse - you can get a dirty, smoky room, you can get a room with cockroaches. Plus constantly go to the main building to eat and swim in the pool. Pay special attention to those who take a 2-room suite with a kitchen. While we were there, at least two groups of people were given rooms in Lemoral, naturally not two-room and without a kitchen. Those who are indignant and start calling the tour operator are eventually relocated, those who are not indignant live on. The hotel takes money as for 3 * rooms, but in fact settles in much worse conditions, and takes the difference in his pocket.
Our story:
We arrived here on June 27 at night, the operator Biblio Globus, they immediately said that there were no rooms, and they settled in another place. To the indignation that we chose this particular hotel - they said that this is our building (although in fact it is a completely different hotel), and we can’t do anything - the director said to do so. Those people who stood in a pose and sat down with things near the reception were eventually settled that very night, and we (8 people), since we had not slept for a day by that time, decided to check in where they were given, and resolve the issue the very next day through hotel guide and tour operator. We were "lucky" to live in a small room, the amenities were in the room, the air conditioner worked, in general, it was possible to live in general. But not everyone is so lucky, according to people's stories, they met both smoky rooms with dirty linen and rooms with cockroaches.

The next day, at a meeting with a separate guide, they made a scandal. The hotel guide could not decide anything, said that there were no places until July 2, and we called the Biblio Globus tourist helpline in Moscow. There they promised us that our question would be transferred to Turkey and they would definitely contact us, they began to call the hotel guide. We demanded to immediately provide a paid room in this or any other hotel not lower than 3 *, however, the tour operator did not want to do anything, despite the fact that they promised me three times that they would immediately resolve my issue and call me back, no one called, at most managed to achieve, they promised to settle the next day from 12-00, providing a free disco and a boat trip as compensation, which, as it turned out later, are already held for free once a week.
Since there was no more strength to fight, they decided to surrender and endure one more night. At 12 o'clock the next day, having checked out of the lemoral and coming to the reception, we were told to wait an hour for them to decide on the number, but after another scandal, and going to the director, the number was immediately found.
Apparently as compensation, the hotel gave us a 2-room 3-bed room for two. And all this is put on stream - in a week we saw several scandals on settling.
Now, in order about the hotel:
Number 4 without any problems. The corridor of the hotel was dark, only one light out of five was on. Wifi worked very badly.
The location of the hotel is 5.
Cleaning - cleaned 1 time in 5 days, there was also no brush in the room, so the toilet bowl was dirty. The cleaners also don't have a brush, they couldn't clean it, so they lived with a dirty toilet all the time. I hope there is still a brush before the arrival of the next guests.
The pool is 4, clean, but the stairs are loose, when you climb out, it seems that you will climb back into the pool instead of her. There are stairs without steps.
The food is 3+, there is very little meat, they give a lot of soy substitutes, sausage is also all from soy. There were almost no fruits, only apples and watermelons were given. There are not enough places on the tables, there is a queue for distribution.
The beach is 4-, minuses in the mud - a lot of cigarette butts and, and there were cases that children cut their legs on bottle caps, also the first two rows of sun loungers are paid.
Bar - for 4, there is beer (normal), wine (not tasty), vodka (did not try), local soda.

Summing up - taking into account the problems with accommodation, I do not recommend the hotel. Also, the library globe could not quickly resolve the issue of accommodation, in fact, two days out of seven had to live in worse conditions. If they had not made a scandal, then no one would have relocated, and they would have lived all seven days in the outskirts, and the hotel would have taken the difference in price.
