We found the hotel ourselves on one of the search sites. Most of the reviews were adequate (ie a hotel for unpretentious tourists), so we chose a holiday at Kleopatra Moon Suit Hotel 3 *. Upon arrival we were taken by transfer to the hotel. We were greeted very warmly, the staff helped to deliver our belongings to the room. Check-in seemed normal, but we started to find some problems in the room (the door of our room did not close, the balcony sliding doors did not work at all, the handles in the bedside tables were torn off ... ), after shouting at the reception all the shortcomings. Due to the fact that we arrived at the hotel after 22.00 dinner we were not given any, but recommended a restaurant near which you could eat delicious food. The room in which we stayed for 12 nights, fully corresponds to the photo! During the holiday in our room cleaned 4 times! ! ! ! ! 2-room suite with large balcony.
There is a working refrigerator, electric kettle, TV, air conditioning and hair dryer!
All food is not quite right, because it is weak ...There is not much fruit, no seafood at all (grilled fish was served once in 12 days), but we were not hungry, because someone complained, because there were salads ...At the All bar only beer , wine, vodka and crayfish. Tables for breakfast, lunch and dinner must be booked in advance, as guests from other buildings come to the hotel and there are not enough places not only at the tables, but also on sun loungers by the pool.
Very close to the beach, about 4-5 minutes walk. Always good WI-FI. Lots of free sunbeds and umbrellas! ! ! ! ! The beach is clean. Next to the beach are very beautiful sports and playgrounds, alleys and park! ! ! !!
There is no animation on site, but the hotel manager organizes trips to discos, shopping and all for free, and we had an evening yacht ride with a frothy party and fun too for free! ! ! !!
The staff is very friendly and cheerful, trying to please all vacationers! ! ! !!
We are especially pleased and returned home with the positive emotions that Alanya and Kleopatra Moon Suit Hotel 3 * left in our memory.
If in life there is an opportunity to get back to Turkey in Alanya, I will choose this hotel for a holiday! ! ! ! !
