We chose a hotel through a tour operator, upon arrival they tried to check us into building C, but we refused because this room was not intended for living. The stench is terrible, unsanitary conditions, cockroaches. They laid it in building A after they paid extra. But this did not change the situation either. For 10 days they never cleaned the room, there are either no towels or they are not changed. Nothing to eat, rude staff. And on the last one they also stole money.
