Good afternoon, the hotel currently has 4 stars. We flew through Pegasus in four, me, my husband and child, and my mother (everyone except me 1 time abroad). When we arrived at the hotel (approximately 8 am), we were put on bracelets and told that we could go to eat and use the entire territory of the hotel, but check-in at 14.00, they offered money, but we were told that our room was not in this building, but we had to go and he will be released only at 14.00,....I was surprised that I needed to go somewhere (nowhere is it written that the Anex family room is located in another building, windows to windows with a mosque !!!! ), at 14.00 we were settled. It is also written that this beach is located on the beach of Cleopatra, no! this is not so, this beach is called differently, Cleopatra beach is in a completely different place. The beach is dirty and there are fossils in the water, my husband hurt his leg. As for food.... We were satisfied with everything, price-quality! We were not hungry, we tried everything and everything! pastries, fish, meat, chicken, vegetables, fruits.... everything was fine for us, the child (5.5 years old) was also always full. Animation.....I can say NO! Almost no one speaks Russian in the hotel. Also, on the 1st day of arrival, a Russian family warned us that money was disappearing from the safes (from those who went to the local hotel hammam), we did not risk it. In general, the vacation was a success, I liked it and I am very happy. But I won't go to this hotel again!
