What surprised me was that the hotel had an additional option for a separate fee for air conditioning. Food is good. There were some incidents with service, for example, we postponed the departure from Antalya the next day, I explained to them in English, but they could not understand what needed to be done. It is good that we contacted the travel agency and resolved all issues. All in all, everything is great, we were very pleased with the organization of the holiday thanks to Jack Travel and Otpusk. com
