We were very dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel (August 2025).
Rooms. Dirty, cleaning was either not done or done formally. Bed linen is old, with stains, towels also with holes and traces of use. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and broken plumbing.
The check-in process itself is a separate horror. First, we were sent to a room that we immediately did not like because of the terrible dirt. Then the receptionist Mehmed offered another, but already "for an additional fee" of 40-70 euros, we refused. Then they showed us another room, where the toilet tank was constantly leaking, as if a tap had been opened. And only after that we were placed in a room for people with disabilities (we are not disabled). It was absolutely unbearable there: dirt, hair on the mattress and pillows, yellow stains, blood stains on the furniture, stained carpet. We demanded to be moved, but the reception told us to come the next day.

Only the next day did we get moved to a more or less normal room. But it was dirty there too, and there was a crack in the wall in the bathroom.
Food. Below average. The main meat is chicken, turkey and small local fish. The menu is monotonous. In the main restaurant, all the dishes are dirty: plates, cups, cutlery. Often we had to sit at uncleaned tables. In the snack bar it is even worse - paper napkins fly all over the territory, the tables are not cleaned, disposable plates with garbage. The queues are huge: for a piece of meat for dinner you had to stand for 20-30 minutes. The bar was also not impressed with anything - queues, no drinks, you drink and drink, but the effect is zero.
Pools and sunbeds. The pools are cleaned, but there are a catastrophic lack of sunbeds. The administration claims that you cannot occupy the sunbeds in the morning, but in reality no one controls, and in the afternoon it is impossible to find a free place. The situation on the beach is better – the sea is warm and clean, there were enough sunbeds, but they are in terrible condition.
Animation. Yes, there were dances, contests, several performances, but all this took a maximum of half an hour and was boring. There was no normal music, I'm not talking about discos at all. In the neighboring hotel there was constant light music, a cool selection of songs – we just sat in the room and envied that we had nothing like that.
Children. There is a playground. Once during the entire vacation there was children's animation - they inflated a trampoline and the next day they had a foam party in the pool. That's all.
Security. Absolutely absent. During our stay, there were two thefts of things directly from the guest rooms, the police were called, but the administration did not react in any way. The key cards worked every other time, creating additional problems.
Overall impression. This is definitely not 5 stars, a weak three at most. The atmosphere is such that you feel cheated. Instead of relaxation, you got stress and a sense of danger.

I categorically do not recommend this hotel. People, do not be fooled by beautiful photos on the Internet, read the reviews carefully. This establishment does not even come close to 5 stars.
