They offered a room in building 9, where there is a 2-bed and a sofa - i. e. there is no full-fledged bed for the child - they did not agree, they offered another room on the 2nd floor, already with 3 beds, but the balcony to the kitchen of the neighboring hotel and the air conditioners - noise and smell, still the same ((. As a result, they returned to the 1st building, where they offered 2- x storey room. The money was not even hinted at, we thanked ourselves. The child was happy from a separate room with a double bed, and the parents are happy).
The hotel is perfectly located, in the bay - the sea, if a little worried, then still there were no problems with the call. The bottom is small pebbles, the child was sometimes in crocs and sometimes I was in “soap dishes”, my husband came in without shoes. The hotel has a lot of greenery. There is a relax pool 16+ and a pool with two water slides. It has a jacuzzi and hosted water aerobics and water polo.
There are no questions about nutrition - everything was in abundance and varied. Food was served by hotel staff wearing masks and gloves. They served large portions, you always had to ask for a little bit. There were almost no queues. At the entrance to the restaurant, the temperature was measured and the dynamics recorded, if necessary, you could take a mask, but only a few vacationers did this. There are sanitizers everywhere - in the elevator, near the elevator, on the territory. Napkins are individually packaged and dry and wet are available.
During the day we often ate at the snack bar. A sufficient selection of dishes - french fries, shawarma, skewers on skewers, fish, vegetables, fruits, sweets. From 12 noon they give out ice cream in individual packaging, more often there was only frozen ice, but also white and brown in chocolate. The potatoes in their uniforms were delicious - stuffed to taste, honey balls and donuts with ice cream. We visited an Italian restaurant - we liked it very much. In the bar, only local drinks - cognac, whiskey, vodka, ayran in the restaurant and in the bars on the street could be taken throughout the day.
The animation is not intrusive. There was exercise, step aerobics, darts - everything is standard. The mini disco is the same every day, but the kids loved it. At the end, they were given T-shirts (10 USD), watches - (5 USD), sand drawing (3 USD), etc. - which the children painted during the day in the children's club. On Sunday, the animators had a weekend - there was nothing, in the evening they turned on the music, it was possible to dance.
The staff is attentive and friendly. There was even a wedding at the hotel. And on our wedding anniversary, we received a bottle of wine and fruit as a present, for which thanks to Victoria's hospitality.
Near the hotel there is Alara Bazaar, prices at the end of the season are pleasant, well inferior.
The weather was excellent, even hot for October, +28-30*, the sea is very warm, the water in the pool was cooler. One day there was a little rain.
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel and this long-awaited vacation. The hotel is recommended for relaxation.
