We were in shock, a foreign country, for the first time, where to call, who to contact. . . They refused, swore, missed the night, in the end they gave a number, normal. Towels were never changed during our stay. People ordered food to their rooms, then put dirty dishes right out the door, and all this was not cleaned for days. . . The hotel guide from another hotel, who for one day replaced ours on the weekend, frankly sold excursions that we didn’t need, when we refused, he almost went over to insults, even wrote a complaint against him. The hotel staff spoke what is called "through the lip", boorish. We tried to ignore it. The sea is nearby, but the entire coast is in tectonic plates, you need to be very careful not to kill yourself on them. The food is good, even my picky eater daughter found something tasty for herself. I liked the animation. In general, we rested in principle for the first time and there is nothing to compare with, but I understand that there are no 4 stars there at all, and for such money the rest can be better.
