Within walking distance - the beach, through its own underground passage directly from the hotel, which made it possible to walk to the sea at any time of the day. The pools are spacious, clean, around - green spaces, which creates additional comfort. The food was modest, but everyone ate. I would like to see more seasonal fruits on the tables.
Very professional and friendly staff! Helped with any issues. Service is fast and correct. Special thanks to the energizing animators - Michael and Katerina! It wouldn't be so much fun without you! Excursions were taken from the representative of the Anex tour named Nazhmidin. Nice young man, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both the excursions themselves and the communication with him.

Check-in was quick, but when we entered room 226, we were shocked: the carpet was all stained, an incomprehensible bunk bed, terrible curtains, the door to the toilet rested on the toilet when opened, the plumbing was old, there was a fungus under the sink, towels were stained (changed in 8 days 1 time, bed never). The food was mostly stewed vegetables, something meat or fish was given out strictly piece by piece, but you still had to stand in line!!!
Vodka was poured just to close the bottom. On the beach, only water and an incomprehensible liquid, such as UPI. Mattresses are not collected at night, sunbeds are always in a disorderly state. Sunset in the sea between two plates, a lot of stones at the bottom, but the sea pleased - clean, warm. In the evening, the animators put on a show, well done guys. Why the hotel has 4 stars is not clear.
The hotel was built in the 1990s, there is something that is not killed, it is dead, there has never been a repair, all the tourists after checking in were, to put it mildly, in "shock", you can't swear, but it's a pity. Don't even go here for free!!!!!

Towels were also changed once (two out of four in one room and one out of four in another, what is the principle of changing towels is unclear), bed linen was not changed even once, in the last three days there was always no water (no), that is, no washing , nor go to the toilet, nor drink.
Reception - there is almost never Internet, constantly wet floors, even sober tourists fall, incomprehensible personalities like Ikander are constantly hustling in the hotel lobby, offering to go shopping. The staff is rude for everything and everything.
Hammam is a separate song. When buying a tour, they said that a sauna and a hammam were included. We arrived, yes it is included, but after buying a massage for $ 30. We butted heads with Anex-tour, the hotel and Vadik for a long time - as a result, the last 5 days made a visit from 12 to 13. Tourists who were after us can not thank))))
The food is acceptable, a couple of times they gave fish, so chicken offal, from fruits all 10 days only watermelon. There are no juices, coffee is a substitute, which is simply impossible to drink, tea gives off bleach, they drank water.
The beach is nearby, the passage through the underpass, there are enough sunbeds, but almost all of them are broken. The beach is VERY dirty, all in cigarette butts, empty glasses, etc. The only plus is the clean warm sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
They take such money, but I don't know how!
They promise one thing, they do another, the rooms are old, the furniture is falling apart, nothing is cleaned, everything is fungus in the bathroom, towels are not changed, the bed is too, the beach is dirty, old skis and umbrellas are broken, food is not tasty, the same thing every day, fruit no, only watermelon, on the buffet Soviet Union artificial flowers. Dirt everywhere, reception Horror, no internet, old and dirty walls, the hotel has no basic sanitary whitewash, towels are not given on the beach, and the conditions indicate what should be, the guide is not interested in you if you do not buy a tour, dirty appliances, bar and glasses not disposable!

Since we arrived after breakfast, took shape and had to wait several hours before checking in, we were offered a choice: either relax in the lobby, or go to the beach, or to a bar, or just take a walk around the territory. Fortunately, we were settled very quickly, for which many thanks to the administrator Rafik. The room turned out to be on the 6th floor, good, small, cozy with a view of the sea and the large pool. Everything is in order: TV, hair dryer, air conditioning, shower, refrigerator. I don’t know if we were lucky with these amenities, or if the guests who write negative reviews are too fastidious and used to living in palaces with marble columns.
The food is good, the cuisine is varied - a lot of greens, different types of olives, cheese, chicken meat, fish, side dishes, jams, national dishes, sweets - everything was enough for everyone, it was even difficult to try everything. You can swim and sunbathe both on the beach and near swimming pool -everywhere there are sun loungers and umbrellas. The sea is warm and clean, the shore is sandy and pebbly, the beach is clean (there are places for garbage), there is also a mini-bar with cooling drinks, a green area with sofas and hammocks - everything for passive recreation. Active recreation is the prerogative of the animators, morning exercises on the beach, aqua aerobics, discos, volleyball on the beach, evening shows - entertainment for every taste was arranged by animators Vika, Romeo, Michael. Separately, I would like to say about the hotel bar, which worked from 10 am to 11 pm and where no one limited guests in drinks - both alcoholic cocktails and non-alcoholic ones (cola, sprite, fanta) and, interestingly, the guys who worked in the bar were Turks , they hardly spoke Russian (either Turkish or English), but they understood Russian-speaking tourists, so there were no dissatisfied with the quality of service. Our stay at this hotel was a success! I would like to say to all those who are dissatisfied: if you tune in to the positive, you get it, and if you look for the negative, you will find it, because even the sun has dark spots. We left with tears in our eyes, there was a holiday here, so many positive emotions in such a short period of time that we did not want to return to everyday life and routine. You can’t think ahead, but I really want to come back here! I think that it will be so. Guys - service staff, you are the best! Syedra Princess, look forward to next year!

There were fries three times a week. Puree soup with rice, always the same. My children were starving, there is no children's menu. Fried eggs in the morning only for those who get up early. In general, the whole family lost weight.

Animation is like in a village. Every day they take tourists to a disco, respectively, they sleep off during the day, they are lazy. If it rained, everything is canceled.
Beach: there are not enough sunbeds, there is a canopy from the sun. Sunset in the sea is normal sand-pebbles, the sea is clear and clean, this is the only plus of the hotel!
