I am writing on behalf of my mother, who arrived yesterday from this terrible hotel.
the hotel was chosen 4 stars all inclusive - we looked at the reviews and now we found it)) - according to the reviews it was such a super place - and now my mother and girlfriend paid for a tour there and went to rest
usually mom was always happy with her travels - but then on the phone she told me that she wanted to go home - it alerted me of course)) how is it-turkey-sun-where to go home in autumn))
and yesterday I met her and she told me everything about this hotel
the hotel is terrible for all 2 stars!!!!!!!!!!!
dirty linen is spread on stained beds and all such linen has not been changed even once during the 14 days of stay - this is simply unthinkable
cold food-liver-liver-liver, everything that is not eaten from this is cooked something else similar
mom is a cook - and she calls it waste-free production !!!
neighbors in the room were poisoned more than once
animation only for children

there is no adult and was not in sight
no ice cream
dirty beach not cleaned at all
like they don't care
to all requests they simply say that they do not understand or pretend that they do not hear if you are not there
the territory lives by itself - it is not removed
there was a mouse on the balcony
dump next to the beach
no numbers
swimwear was dried on the refrigerator, as it was very hot like a battery
a couple of Germans who lived in the same hotel did not eat at all - they only ate in the restaurant, as they were apparently afraid to eat in the hotel
passing by the kitchen smelled of sourness - the products are not fresh
there was no baklava - what kind of Turkey is this
horror!!!!
in general people do not take this hotel ever!!!
mom was in turkey 15 times and knows what she says
and 3s are normal-good
and then they took 4 - sucks !!!!
and yes, club Syedra Princess Hotel and life Syedra Princess Hotel are one and the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
beware of this horrible place!!! !
