1) So, we flew in as a family (husband, me, son of almost 4 years old) As usual, before arriving "to our place", we stopped by at several hotels. But none of all the 5-star hotels in Belek that we have visited have such a lobby and reception desk! Photos will be. The huge hall does not overwhelm with its size, but invites you to sit down, relax, drink a cocktail, and at the entrance, by the way, you are greeted with a tray of oriental sweets. As it turned out later, such trays are at the Guest Relations counters (where you can ask any question, make any claim (if there is, of course)), reserve an a la carte restaurant, and so on. And in general, throughout the hotel (and it seems huge, but far from monotonous), you periodically come across such cute little things. Agree - nice!

Even before filling out the usual guest questionnaire, we found out that the room was ready and waiting for us! So there was no question of any expectations.

Unless - the porter us, while we are comfortably seated in chairs, exhausted by the flight, sipping our drinks. And my son slept in the same chairs))). To the elevator, together with the porter, we were escorted by someone senior from the reception, along the way explaining in good English where and what we can learn, get, where and how to call.

2) Number. Above all praise! Of course, I have not been to Phaselis, or to Marty Mira, and, of course, to the new and super-sophisticated, as they say, Sungate Port Royal, but I did not stay in the last hotels in Germany and France. I dare to assure you that the local owners do not follow the path of least resistance, but take a good example from good hotels, including European class.

The number is large (I am writing about the main body, the usual double). Design-they write-style high tech. The photos in the catalog are not impressive. But in fact, it is very comfortable, cute and stylish at the same time. The designer is a huge plus.
In general, throughout the rest of the entire hotel, I never got used to the architecture, design of the territory - all the time there was something new and interesting. Which in my opinion is very cool. Actually, they have a special info-tour around the territory (order on the same guest relations or by phone). This is so that guests first-hand know where and what is located. But we never used it, we learned by the "poke" method. It's nice to get surprises - you turn around a corner, and there is a breathtaking view of the sea! Or - ...however, I won’t, everything has its time)))
TV-plasma panel, 5 multi-channels, including in Russian with cartoons such as Ice Age, Shrek, Brownie Kuzi, Treasure Island, Adventures of Captain Vrungel, etc. So if, God forbid, the cub for some reason did not go to the sea or to the mini-club, he will not die of boredom in the room.

The only downside is. quiet sound.
They care so much about the peace of their neighbors. Although if some noisy "team" from Romania lives in the room opposite, for example, then you will be awakened exactly at the same time when they go to breakfast.

Also, our air conditioner didn't work very well. Something they have there still, apparently, is not debugged. Although there was a case that for some reason the electricity was turned off, and then, literally in a second, our own generator turned on, located somewhere in the immediate vicinity under our windows. Noisy, but the balcony door saves.

3) Room service.
I read in the reviews, then even consulted with the managers of our travel agency (MLS-tour; we have been using their services for the 3rd year, while we are satisfied; the tour in Ela Quality sold us Pegas-tour through the MLS). So about maintenance, yes, it seems that there were overlays in the "high" season.
And as knowledgeable people explained to us, this is normal for a newly opened hotel, where the staff has not yet been properly formed (they may object to me - they say, since they have opened, please kindly correspond; but I think we all understand that in this case we are resting in TURKEY , and not in the Maldives, for example; although I have not been there, perhaps not better). But by our arrival, there was practically no single delay or hitch in cleaning the room, replenishing the mini-bar (where, by the way, in addition to the usual set (Carlsberg beer, fanta-cola, including light, water (soda and non-carbonated . ) also included milk and a dry breakfast for the kinder, as well as fruit), no problems with consumables (soap, toilet paper, etc. "soap-ryolnye" accessories, towels, bathrobes, slippers, ... ). bath cosmetics, I personally was slightly struck by shampoo, hair conditioner, hair gel, shower gel, soap, body milk, bath salt, bath foam.
Replenish without any reminders as you spend. Linen is changed, in my opinion, even too often, it seemed to me, every day.

4) Food.

I can't say that the kitchen was particularly impressive. We never got to a la carte, again we heard a lot of reviews, and all this is not a wonder. The season was ending, several restaurants were already closed (and there are 6 of them, if not more). But everyone has different opinions - already before leaving, they met the family, who used their week to the maximum and went everywhere (different from us (((. So they were delighted with the French restaurant, especially from some cheeks)) ) So you have to try everything! I'm a little sorry that we didn't do it. In the main restaurant there is always lamb, which made us, as its lovers, very happy. In completely different variations. Not to mention a bunch of types of salads, marinades, fresh vegetables and fruits (great selection).
On certain days (regularity, unfortunately, I did not have time to calculate), the buffets were supplemented with boiled crayfish, grilled crabs (well, very tasty! ) And other delicacies (you won’t have enough stomach to try everything, unfortunately). And baklava! ...Its godlike! I even ordered it home, not really trusting the shopping malls on the way to the airport. A children's, dietary table! And microwave ovens, devices for heating bottles! Toasters...I have never seen "sour" food, as someone wrote on this site. By the way, bottle warmers can even be ordered to your room. As well as a stroller, a potty, children's slippers and a bathrobe. And for the mini-club you can take, absolutely free of charge, a child pager in the club (unfortunately, not ours ... ), we are somewhere on the territory. If he wants to see us very urgently, they will simply send us a message on a pager. Well, is it bad?!

5) Children's club.
Actually, you need to start with the children's reception.
Yes, there is also such a separate table, a sweet Russian-speaking (as, indeed, most of the hotel staff) girl, leather chairs of unimaginable shape, sweets, a logic game right on the counter - while the parents of a small child decorate it, he plays. The kids are given special plastic mini-club membership cards. And, if he is sufficiently separated from his parents (in a good sense, of course, not like ours, not a single step! ), then, in principle, from morning until evening you can be left to yourself. Because the kids are provided to very cute girls and boys in the mini club. Where they have game rooms, own. a restaurant, a discotheque, a cinema hall, toilet rooms, playgrounds, etc. , etc. I forgot, at the entrance, in addition to a crib, stroller, pager and what else your soul desires, the child is given a symbol of the local mini-club-Teddy bear (soft toy, of course). So ...think for yourself)))

6) Beach.
Yes, small, but beautiful (see photo).

Yes, the coverage is unusual, but there is a pier-branch of the beach! ))) With sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, two-story. Here you certainly do not have to shake off the sand. And you can also catch, on the spot, a kind of local fish chupra, which is close. consideration turned out to be ...sea bream! The speed of pulling out is somehow unrealistic! And on the pier, absolutely killer Pier Parties are held. With a bar, color music, laser show, fireworks and the best DJs in Istanbul (as we were imagined). Nothing to complain about, honestly! If only to the fact that it is not enough))) Their equipment, by the way, is excellent.

7) The evening after dinner, as a rule, is spent in the amphitheater (although, as the absolutely awesome guide Stela explained to us on an excursion to Demre, Mira, Kekova, this is a common mistake - a structure in the form of a semicircle is not an amphitheater, but a theater))) How has already been written on this site, their own animators do not act, except as an entertainer (very, very exciting! ).
But with a two-week frequency, it seems, professional teams are invited - from Brazil, China, Ukraine, Russia, Turkey ...This is what we managed to hook on. There was also a "sports" party - at the stadium in this case, just the animators showed a basketball show. Class! The continuation, at least for us, mainly took place in the Pool-Bar already mentioned by someone: live music from different bands, sometimes completely amazing (I don’t remember, some Turkish group singing in the Latin style mostly, but not only-SUPER! ), or DJs and disco. Cocktails, tea-coffee, local and imported spirits. drinks for every taste. Almost everything is free charge.

Then you can move to the hookah zone. Tea-coffee is free, hookah seems to be 15-20 dollars (water or wine). There are about 20 types of tobacco. Quiet, soothing oriental music, soft wide sofas and a bunch of pillows. In the fresh air (in October it is already a bit cold). Probably, men feel like sultans))) ...
Further, according to age and mood - either a disco (a dance floor the size of an Olympic))), or a game zone - bowling (7 dollars per person, it seems), billiards (free of charge), games. vending machines, internet cafes. Of course there are bars everywhere. There is also an Irish Bar with real whiskey, cigars and so on. But we weren't there...

I didn’t write about daytime entertainment, because we are not activists - a room, a pool, the sea, cafe restaurants. But here you are in the choir. In a sense, this or that entertainment will overtake - then a mini Oktober Fest on the lawn in front of the beach - music, contests, ribs fried on coals, bacon, beer, and so on. That race cars on radio control, in the area in front of the main. swimming pool and cafe, where the whole is almost light. day you can take fruit and ice cream, and from 16 to 17 to drink tea and coffee with sweets. And even just a brass band in places of eating))) They march, playing at the same time for every taste. Or ice sculptures on the way to the main restaurant....
In general, even if you really want to, you will not have time to be sad.
There are some water activities in the hotel, but, as I already wrote, we didn’t go anywhere, so I won’t lie.

But I can say another word in defense of the local beach. Somehow I went along the coast to the right of our pier, I decided to find out what kind of hotel was nearby. It turned out to be Su Cesi, also new, also just opened. And, by the way, the former in a deaf "foot" at the time of our reservation. So their beach generally looks (maybe they just almost closed the season) uninhabited and semi-wild. Not only because of the lack of people, but also because of some unkempt, improper design ...

8) Staff.
Nothing, well, almost nothing can be said about these people. I'll start with "almost". When checking out and checking in at the reception, a Russian-speaking girl, Lyuba, could not find change for me from $100.
So her Turkish colleague rather annoyedly complained that we were not paying with a credit card, and "wisely" got out of the situation - instead of $ 75 of the required change, he gave out 50 euros at a cross rate of 1.4. That is, he deftly heated up for more than 4 bucks. A trifle, but unpleasant ...

In general, the service is beyond praise. This is where I really felt like a welcome guest for the first time. We didn’t have to wait either in the restaurant or in the room, moreover, they often called us and asked if everything was ok, if we needed anything. But without obtrusiveness, and even more so - familiarity and familiarity. In my opinion, this is the highest class of service. No ambiguous hints, winks, as happened in other hotels. Although, I suspect, they just know who and what they need - I am with my husband and child, no one needs extra flirting. But lonely tourists turned out to be very good. correct tokens.
And there is no excess pathos. I also met him in other hotels.

Almost all waiters speak a minimal but necessary set of Russian phrases, they perfectly understand what exactly you need (for a child, apple juice with warm water, for example, is clear without problems and hitches; and if you always sit at the same table, your desires anticipated).

In general, my review turned out to be well, very long. But what can you do, it’s better to see once than to write 100 times))) I haven’t told you about the slides yet - there are few of them, but they are cool, I especially liked the green one, in the form of a cradle - at first you almost fall (on an inflatable double circle), then by inertia you ride back and forth (you don’t fall into the pool).

And SPA is generally a separate song. My son and I visited there only a couple of times, but a separate memory card in the camera could be devoted to this - everything is so beautiful, and there is a lot of everything beautiful.
I suspect also, and even I am sure that I have not described a lot more. But after all, few will agree to read such an opus))) So - go ahead! As it is written in the trilingual "talmud" (a large leather-bound album with a description of the hotel on a table in front of a mirror in each room) - "You can no longer look. Ela is waiting for you - to caress you! " Sloppy, but ...true!
