Good afternoon! We spent two weeks at this hotel with my son.
After we bought a tour to this hotel, read reviews about the hotel on this site, it became scary to go. And they were already thinking that the long-awaited vacation would be ruined.
At the hotel, at the reception, we were met by a polite and attentive young man who spoke good Russian. We were given a comfortable and large room. Clean and white linens (which are changed every other day - no tip was left at first) and white towels that were changed every day.
Almost all hotel staff speaks several languages (English, German, French, Russian), all are very polite and attentive.
