I planned my holiday in advance and booked a stay at the Rixos Premium Belek, Deluxe Suite for two between 10.10. 2018 to 14.10. 2018 through the tour operator Anex Tour.

Arrived at Rixos Premium Belek on 10.10. 2008 around 12 noon, but our room was not yet ready.
At 16:00 we were informed that the Deluxe Suite was not available at all, and the hotel manager suggested that we look at another room. As far as I understood it was a Family Suite.

The proposed room was much cheaper and much worse in quality, so we refused this room.

After a while we were offered another room, which also did not correspond to the price category that we booked.
Since it was already evening and we were very tired and pretty exhausted by the current situation, we checked into the offered room. It was around 7:00 pm.

The hotel manager assured us all the time that Anex Tour was to blame for the current situation. But when the representative of Anex tour arrived, the hotel finally admitted its fault.

We asked to provide us with at least some compensation options in order to resolve the current situation and smooth out all the negativity.
They immediately offered us the following options:
1) The first is dinner at the hotel restaurant, where everything is included anyway) I think that this is completely absurd and we refused it.
2) The second is a free stay at the Rixos hotel for two nights, but this promise was only in words. And as soon as we returned home, they changed their mind and canceled this compensation.

At the same time, we offered them our options, for example, to give us a discount on purchases in local stores and the issue would be settled, but they did not accept our offer.

As a result, the rest was spoiled and the impression of the hotel and the level of service in it as well.

Due to the current situation, we categorically do not recommend you to stay in the Rixos hotel chain.
