-the pastry shop is always packed, there are no seats, when asked to bring additional chairs, they shrugged their shoulders and left. Ok, you have a full hotel, but organize it so that it is convenient and comfortable for the guests.

On a cool day, and he was alone in our week +11, blankets are offered at the bar. The warmest day was +22. The people sunbathed and the brave swam, the sea was calm. On January 19, my husband also plunged, he says that the water in the sea feels like 19 degrees.
I will not write about food and drinks, everything is on top! I want to write something that I did not see in other hotels, but here it is. A modern approach to the names of dishes in a restaurant, each dish has touch screens with names in different languages, but you can also click on the screen to find out the ingredients and calorie content of the dish.
In the season of the pandemic that has bothered everyone, a very attentive approach to protective equipment, in addition to perfect cleaning, there are stands with sanitizers, masks and gloves everywhere. Wet hotel wipes, and very good quality everywhere, and in the restaurant on the tables, and in every bar, and in the rooms, as well as antibacterial gel in mini-tubes. Of course, all staff are wearing masks. Products behind glass, served to you on request.
During our stay, repairs were underway in the indoor disco, but every day guest artists performed, very incendiary, people even danced. The veranda is equipped with gas burners and has a beautiful view of the musical fountains!
For the first time in my entire stay on vacation, I saw more men than women - but because the hotel hosts football team competitions at this time. The girls were on a roll))

The warm pool on the territory was a priority for us, it is super, the declared water temperature was 28-29 degrees for sure! All towels are individually wrapped and have no change restrictions. There are a lot of sun loungers around, there are changing rooms nearby, and it is not necessary to go in wet clothes throughout the territory. By the way, for people with limited mobility, there is an automated descent into the pool, and all the drops on the paths are adapted for trouble-free movement.
Hamam is royal! I also made a lot of videos for your review. Several different saunas, from light to hot. there is even snow-ice for contrast. All at no extra cost.
But for money you can visit the game room, where you have everything to choose from: racing, basketball, and even BOWLING. Although they wrote to me in the request that he was not in the hotel. Very beautiful French street with incomparable teas, coffees and snacks. In the Bistro-Snack bar from 12 to 17 you can dine like in a restaurant, menu by QR code on the tables, point the phone and go to the language and menu selection page. Also very convenient! In the evening, there is an A la carte restaurant in it, where they celebrated the birthday of their spouse. During the day, a beautiful bouquet was brought to the room, and in the evening a large bouquet of roses was placed on the table in the restaurant and then a cake was served with fireworks and congratulations to the entire team of the establishment. We bought a ticket with a flight from Moscow, it cost about 110 thousand for 7 nights, I'm sure that the price was affected by the season and the pandemic. I would love to visit there again and again!

General information and impressions: a hotel for families, young people will be bored, there is nowhere to hang out. 90 percent of Russians have a rest... It seems that we were in Russia, not in Turkey... (the hotel is quiet, the design is respectable, it has a vacation, you understand that you are in a good hotel. Almost none of the guests wear masks (sorrow. . . But all the staff, smarties, are always and everywhere wearing masks. Weaknesses: beach furniture, cleaning the toilet on the beach (this, of course, is no good! ). We didn’t go to the gym, spa, a la carte; We don't drink alcohol, so I don't write about it.
Meeting guests, checking in, guest relations work, room: settled quickly, fill out 1 sheet in total. Luggage was brought to the room in a couple of minutes, everything is fast. Risepsh is very beautiful, you immediately understand that you are in a good hotel.
We somehow forgot a bag in a coffee shop, we came already in the evening, they helped us a lot, they found it, everything was returned. Thanks to the staff! The room was deluxe with garden view. Our room 2345 overlooked the football field and had a side view of the sea. The room was quiet, except for 1 pm, when there was noise from the stage, but not critical just do.
The room is excellent, 34 sq. m, large, chic balcony-terrace, there is a clothes dryer. Everything is convenient in the room, there is a place everywhere, everything is at hand, there are enough sockets, there is an output for usb. TV in the mirror. Mini bar full: cola, beer, water, chips, straws, drinks. Chocolates, wine, milk and juices are not included. In the room there is a set of masks, disinfectant, napkins. 2 bathrobes, a children's bathrobe and slippers were requested separately, they all brought. The bathroom is full of cosmetics, all of good quality. there are toothbrushes, nail files, a razor, etc. I really liked the bathroom itself in terms of design and convenience. The curtains are thick, the sun does not let through, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, we slept well. Children's sofa is large, designed for 2 children. Didn't really hear the neighbors.
Housekeeping: all days except one was good. In one day, nothing was removed, except for the bed, the garbage was not taken away, nothing was replenished. Guest relations complained - the next day the room was licked. It's nice that they responded quickly, I didn't have to remind myself.
There was an unpleasant incident when at 12 at night a cleaning lady came into our room by mistake. We reported this to the Guest Relations. Irina, the supervisor, made a request to the security service, they found everyone, they apologized to us 100 times and, as an apology, they extended our room until check-out for free. Of course, the case is unpleasant, but! The way they reacted to it and how they decided did not spoil our impressions, on the contrary, the customer relation works perfectly.
Territory: the hotel is said to be surrounded by greenery. Everything is beautiful, well-groomed, tasteful. Walk around the territory of the villas and Club Prive - it's just incredible there. Someone wrote that the territory is not well-groomed - do not believe it, all the lawns are perfect, the nature there is excellent.
Animation Entertainment: did not see them and did not hear, no one called anyone anywhere. We saw that there were sports activities, but there were no schedules and notifications. Evening shows were absent, as such. There is no information about them either. Those who are looking for a mover - not here.
Kids Club: I speak only on behalf of my child (girl 9 years old). We went 3 times, no one paid attention, only Berna told everything about the club and events. They came the next day - there were activities, but for my child everything was slow and boring. I liked the music lesson - just a delight. Girls-animators did not come to us at all, but, oddly enough, the guys lit the mini-disco cool! I don't know the names of the one who led the mini-disco and the one who danced, but they are super! They were very satisfied. There is no lunch at the club, as stated in the reviews of the hotel, the rope park was not working, there were no ballet lessons (it was stated in the advertisement).
Food: here are the questions. Of course, there is a lot of it, no one will leave hungry, but everything is meager and monotonous. For meat, there is very little choice, especially for someone who does not eat lamb. Children's table is available for lunch and dinner. Fruits are excellent: watermelons, pineapples, peaches, grapes, melons, oranges, etc. There are few cheeses, with no mold at all. Pastries are mostly very tasty, croissants are super. The pizza is delicious. Food without frills. Soups never take! It's just awful))
Service: the waiters rustle, smarties! As soon as they sat down, they immediately ran, very helpful, well done. But on the beach, where there is sand, there is no service at all, on the grass it is either there or not.
The Internet is normal, almost everywhere, it was enough for us to work and watch videos.
Beach: the weak point of the hotel. The sun loungers are old, scary, there are no normal canopies on the first line, you can’t hide from the sun. The towels are long overdue for replacement.
Snacks and coffee shop: the coffee is good, the coffee shop and patisserie on french street are very cool! Lemon cake, honey cake, cheesecakes - everything is delicious. The waiters are very smart. Snacks from 12 to 6 pm: burgers, french fries, salads, fruits, potatoes with fillings, pizza - everything is very tasty.
Land of Legends: hotel pickup 4 times a day. Do not go at 10 am, there are crowds of tourists. At 14.30 or 17.00, then at least there is a chance to ride. And so . . Queues everywhere . . The rides are cool, but the water park was half working... It was frustrating. You stand in line for 1 slide for half an hour. , Such . . But the complex itself is simply grandiose, we must pay tribute. Prices in stores horse.
Bottom line: we loved it. There is always a "human factor", he was here too. But the administration did a good job - this is important. I read so many bad reviews, I was afraid to go there. In fact, there are no such horror stories. If all of the above doesn’t scare you (it doesn’t seem like it should), then you will have a great rest.
