We stayed at this hotel in January 2013. In Turkey for the 9th time, in winter - the first. We did not choose the hotel, we arrived at the invitation of friends. Summer vacation took place at the Max Royal Hotel, so I rate Rixos in some comparison with Max. So. We arrived at 19.30, so we didn’t have to wait for the rooms, after 20 minutes we were in the room. Family suite, two rooms. The hotel was built in 2004, it seems the year, so the room is not new. I didn’t like it compared to Max: the rooms are adjacent, one bathroom and a bathroom, one TV, hung opposite the sofa - it’s not convenient to watch from the bed, when taking a shower, water flows through the cracks on the floor. The biggest drawback is the noise isolation! You can hear absolutely any sound, especially at night. In the wind, a whistle is heard in the glazing of the balcony. The balcony itself is big enough and comfortable.
The hotel is large, a cool street of shops on the -1 floor, there are a lot of them and for every taste. In winter there was a sale, so we went there with pleasure. The SPA center is not bad: a pool with slides, a hammam, etc. The Russian sauna let us down - it didn’t heat up normally, the water constantly flowed onto the stones, it was quite humid. Cool rain shower, snow room.
The area is large and very green. We enjoyed walking there.

The food is not varied, maybe because of the winter. Although I read reviews on the Mask, everything is fine there.
Drinks: everything that is included in Max is considered elite here and is paid. Cognac of one kind, did not like cocktails.
Room cleaning was fast and efficient, no complaints. Clean up in the evening.
And finally, the main thing that caught my eye and does not paint Rixos at all - the attendants. With rare exceptions, hotel staff greet you. For the most part, they pass by, and they also look away. How unpleasant it was after Max, where everyone (! ) passing by smiles at you and wishes you a pleasant day.
I don’t think Rixos is a bad hotel, although I may have written a lot of unflattering things. This is a very good hotel, I just liked the Max Royal better.
