We were at the Zeynep Hotel on the May holidays of 2011.
Three of us traveled with my husband and 2 year old daughter.
Let's first note the passage - Transaero flew on a huge Boeing 747 to Turkey on the second deck, there are very spacious aisles, increased distances between the seats. It is a pity that we were less fortunate on the way back: narrow passages on the lower deck, no separate places for prams. Yes, and in Domodedovo, I had to go to the plane by bus, and then climb a huge ladder ...with a stroller in my teeth.
We went to Turkey with Coral Travel (Odeon Tours). Transfer super, met and quickly delivered to the hotel. True, given that the flight was early, we had to wait until 12:00 for check-in.

ACCOMMODATION
We lived in a large room - executive suit with a balcony overlooking the forest. True, it turned out that a new hotel building was being built nearby. Thank God, construction was not heard, still quite far away.

The room is very spacious - two rooms, a corridor and two bathrooms, while one has a jacuzzi. The room is one-story, in contrast to the family rooms, and the area is quite big. One room was completely given to the child - there they put a crib for us (it looks like a spacious soft arena)
There is a minibar in each room (although only one was replenished). on the first day they brought a huge basket with fresh fruits, nuts, and strong drinks (Turkish raki, whiskey, vodka, gin). Also in the room there was always a kettle with different teas, it was possible to warm up boiling water. In the minibar - 2 juices and 2 water without gas replenished every day.
The territory is not very large, we walked around the hotel in a wheelchair for about 30 minutes. Nevertheless, there is where to walk, many green meadows, there is a hookah, places for relaxation (arbors where you can sit on large pillows).

NUTRITION:
The hotel itself is 6-storey, the lobby is on the 0 floor (LG), the restaurant and access to the pools are on the -1 floor.
There is a 24-hour bar in the lobby with a pretty decent selection of different drinks. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - in the main restaurant, plus afternoon snacks at the beach bar and pool bar. They even poured a majito by the pool.
For breakfast - always freshly squeezed orange juice, for dinner - always ice cream.
There were no problems with baby food - for breakfast they gave delicious milk porridges, omelettes, various cereals with milk. For lunch there was always mild soup and a tray of boiled meats and vegetables. The restaurant also has a baby corner - where you could take highchairs, spoons, a bottle warmer, a blender, and baby cookies. For dinner there were always steam cutlets and some side dishes. And of course a huge selection of sweets. The only thing you should take with you is a baby bottle.
There are also many fruits - pears, apples, small bananas, oranges. Once every two days they gave the freshest strawberries for dinner.
At lunch, I strongly advise you to go out on the terrace, where they cook fish / meat on the grill. Very tasty!

BATHING. There is a children's paddling pool next to the large pool. The indoor pool is also suitable for children, it is warmer. In the store by the pool you can buy a children's set for the sandbox (8c. u. ), pots (10c. u. ). Armlets and vests are given to all children under 12 years old free of charge (you can ask the animation).
We also swam in the sea, a very pleasant beach with a large supply of sunbeds (at least in May). Plus a good exit into the water, sand, a few small pebbles near the shore.

ENTERTAINMENT
For children, a miniclub with Russian-language animation is open almost all day. Children over 4 years old can be left there. We came there with my daughter - we drew, rode down a hill, watched cartoons, played.
Every evening in the Convention Center (this is a conference hall at the hotel) there was a mini disco for children (after dinner at 20-45), and after it - an evening show and a disco for adults.
By the pools, children are offered electric cars for rent ($ 10 for 10 minutes).
The animation is very active, constantly arranging games: volleyball, football, yoga, aqua aerobics, darts and more.
Photographers work by the pools in the evenings, offering their services - 8 c. u. e. per picture, print out 15 * 20.
Also in the lobby there is a game room - billiards, video computer games.
There is also a large spa center and a beauty salon.

THE SHOPS
The hotel has everything your heart desires - jewelry, souvenirs, textiles, a sports shop, leather, glasses, photos. From the hotel there is a minibus to Kadriye (2 USD round trip) or you can take a taxi to this center for 18 USD. e. There are also a huge number of stores - and much cheaper.

MINUSES
Live concerts were held in the lobby in the evenings. Since the building represents a well, then until 24 o'clock all this confusion was heard, even with the doors to the bedroom closed. Didn't like it at all.
The pipes in the jacuzzi sometimes hummed, and quite loudly. It is still not clear why.
We left the hotel as much as 4 hours before departure, of which 2 hours we collected people from hotels and also drove to the center of Sorbet, where everything is very expensive.
