The beach is good, there are always sun loungers, but the paths to the beach are uncomfortable, converge at one end of the beach. It is inconvenient with strollers, because there is not a single way to the beach, so that there are no steps. Leapfrog with towels. At first I received it just like that, the next day my son went to receive it, they demanded cards that we were not given. I came to the reception with the question of obtaining cards, the answer is “if you want, but you can do without them. ” . . ??? ? Animation was actually absent, either they were lazy, or there was no program. The drinks at the bar are not great. I wanted rum-based cocktails, but the local rum did not dare. But all this seems to be a trifle, and we reconciled ourselves and just rested. As the culmination of the rest outside the wall of our room, there was a fire in the technical room, and so I was shocked by the lack of basic safety precautions. Already the entire 5th floor was in smoke, I calmly ran into the room to pick up my documents, only then the Security Service began to take me out of the room, although there was nothing to breathe from the smoke. At the same time, people who visited the hotel were standing on the floor, and in the building below everyone was having lunch quietly, although the smoke had already reached the 1st floor. Evacuation even smelled. And when I was already descending, I met 2 unhurried employees who raised fire hoses !! ! That is, they don’t even have fire hoses on the floors ?? ? As a result, after extinguishing the fire, I demanded another number, after 2 hours they gave me, when I already started calling lawyers and swearing at the reception desk, because I have a 4-year-old child who sleeps every day at lunchtime. They gave me a room in a distant bungalow. But it was necessary to see with what it was a disdain and annoyance. When they allowed me to go into the room next to which there was a fire, to collect my things, I went out with 2 suitcases and asked for help to drag them to the Bungalow. The answer is “if you want, wait, there are no free people, ” although there were 2 porter guys standing next to the counter. Probably offended that he cursed. Before the fire, my wife gave her clothes to be ironed, of course for money. So I explain that, firstly, things stink, and secondly, during an emergency move, of course, they were wrinkled, because I had to quickly leave everything in a suitcase. Zero reaction. That is, it was not even about compensation, but simply about compensation for our material costs. Although with decent service they would try to somehow make amends. In such situations, customer focus is manifested when the staff does not sincerely want to make the rest enjoyable, but evade responsibility. So the hotel is, above all, unsafe. By the way, out of 11 days of rest, they didn’t clean up 3 times, and once they came to clean up at 7.55 !! ! Summary - if you want to just swim in the sea and eat, there are hotels many times cheaper, and with such prices I would advise ic santai or pay a little extra and gural.

В итоге собрались и курили, глядя не пожар))) А это балкон нашего номера через который лазили на крышу и ломали стену тех помещения, т.к с коридора уже было не зайти из за дыма. Да. In general, they save on everything - there were treats at the entrance for those who arrived (lokum, etc. ), everything was removed, computers were removed, the light bulbs in the elevators burn through one. On the floors, the air-conditioning is rarely turned on, but the air conditioner works well in the lounge. There were three of us - with my husband and 3-year-old daughter.
First, let's note the flight - Transaero flew business class. I liked the business lounges both in Domodedovo and in Antalya - peace and quiet. When the gates to the crowded duty-free hall opened, the child refused to leave, and in the hall we were almost in splendid isolation. Yes, and the flight itself brought a lot of pleasant impressions, when the child sleeps calmly in a sliding chair, like in a crib. Because we took a ticket almost 4 months in advance, a business flight cost only 17 thousand rubles for three.
We lived again in a large room - executive suit overlooking the forest on the 6th floor (next to the presidential suite). Last time, in May 2011, we just watched the construction of a new building - Sentido Golf, this time we just enjoyed the view. Each room has a minibar (replenished every day with water and juices, soda and beer). Every day they brought a huge plate of fresh fruit. On the first day of arrival, they were treated to nuts and wine. Also in the room there was always a kettle with different teas.
Due to the construction of a new building, the territory of the hotel has expanded significantly. You can use the services on the territory of both buildings, electric cars run between them.
At lunchtime in July, we do not recommend going out on the terrace, it is very hot! Unlike May, it was uncomfortable there, while you ate - all wet.
This time they swam only in the sea, they didn’t go into the pools at all, because. there are more people at the pools, and the sea is very warm.
For children in the evening in the amphitheater there was a mini disco, then a show.
We went to Kadriye again (the price has not changed for a bus - 2 USD round trip).
Unlike last May trip, the lobby was quiet in the evenings. Nothing was buzzing in the room on the 6th floor (last time on the 5th floor the pipes were buzzing).
We did not go on excursions with a child.
We highly recommend the hotel.
