Upon arrival, I was shocked. The hotel chose a long time (according to reviews). The main thing was to be close to the airport (we were traveling with a child of 6 years old), the sea was within walking distance, Wi-Fi. The reviews I got were all positive. And having decided to buy vouchers (May 2019). For 11 days and 10 nights, 1 adult and 1 child - 66 thousand came out. For such a hotel, this is very expensive. It doesn't qualify for 5 stars. In general, we arrived at 11 am, check-in at 14.00, we were offered to leave things in the corridor opposite the reception (although the description indicated a luggage storage room). The child wants to eat after a long flight, we didn’t have time for breakfast, we were given a list of hotel services and said that cakes were already being baked on the street and we could eat. The hotel area is very small, but we did not find these cakes, after a lot of questions from the staff. After a while, they paid attention to a long line - this was the place where the cakes were baked. Settled in a room. The hotel itself is old, everything in it is old. We were given a room on the 4th floor. At first glance - clean and comfortable. But looking closer, we saw that everything is old, dirt in the corners. We met a woman, she also came with a child, but they had an economy room. She said that when checking in at the reception, they were told that they would not be accommodated in the economy room, that there was mold, and they settled in the standard, but then let her leave a good review about the hotel. Cleaned in the room every day - and the dirt as it lay in the corners, and lies, new garbage was simply swept away to the baseboards. The air conditioner is not at all clear how it works, and they did not figure it out. Safe is paid (although it is written that it is free). Wi-Fi is a separate issue. It catches well near the reception, on the territory of the hotel in different ways (it often turns off and works slowly), it doesn’t catch at all in the room. Food is also a separate issue. They feed badly. No one was left hungry, but there was no variety at all. I write this because I have something to compare with. Every day is the same. And huge queues. The whole holiday was spent in queues. There is a line for meat, for fruit too (by the way, only apples, oranges of not the first freshness and chopped grapefruits were given from fruits). They gave apricots a couple more times (but people killed for them), so they didn’t even try to take them. Once they gave a watermelon - people almost went crazy, they made a crush. From food there were pasta, potatoes, rice, chicken, fish a couple of times, veal. Once there was even sushi (I don’t eat sushi, but I took it to try: terrible rice, and the filling is raw carrots and cucumber) - it would be better if they didn’t give it at all than to disgrace myself like that. There were also fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, cabbage, radish, 3-4 types of greens (of which 2 were dill and parsley), eggplant, zucchini. For breakfast, fresh buns, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, thick and half-baked pancakes. Jam 3-4 kinds, chocolate paste, olive oil, tomato sauce, sour cream. Milk porridge and milk soup in the morning. Different cheeses (several hard varieties, others like cheese. In general, there is nothing to eat. I eat more varied at home. The description states a heated pool (but, as it turned out, it works only in winter). The upper pool is for adults and the lower one is for children (divided into 2 pools: for kids (where children are knee-deep) with a non-working slide and the second part of the pool (where an adult is waist-deep) - with 4 slides - 3 straight and one spiral. Slides include 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. The pools are not very clean (there is a small amount of sand and rubbish floating on the bottom). The sea is also dirty, and the beach is dirty and everything is covered in stones (there is practically no sand). There is a children's club on the territory of the hotel (it looks more like a barn - the atmosphere inside is terrible - everything is old, 2 tables and several chairs, pencils, leaves, puzzles and cubes - that's EVERYTHING !! ! condition). That's all the entertainment for children. There seems to be alcohol (I don't drink it myself, but I saw people take it). From drinks - Pepsi, Fanta, Sprite and the type of invite and yuppie from the device. There is no vegetation on the hotel territory - a couple of palm trees and a couple flowers and the grass is yellow-green. In general, there is no beauty. There is 1 store in the hotel - everything is expensive there. You have to go out of the hotel decently to find souvenir shops (everything is very expensive there and the choice is small). Near the hotel there are some two-story cottages or houses (they are abandoned, no one lives in them. There is nowhere to walk at all, there is nothing to watch. The entertainment program is weak. Animators work with children (for 10 days - the same thing happened every evening, the children spent half an hour yanceali under the same songs ). After classes with children, there is a general program - also weak. Of the pluses, it can be noted that the territory is very small - it is very convenient with small children and all the staff and animators are trying very hard, friendly. But to pay such money for efforts is not willing. There is a hammam (free of charge) - we went there 2 times and there was no one except us. There is a sauna (very small). I don't understand people who have written good reviews. If you don't want to ruin your holiday and waste your money, stay away from this hotel.
