We rested in September 2017, a family with a child of 5 years. Now we sat down to choose a hotel for a new vacation and decided to write your review)
The hotel is located on a peninsula, the territory turns out to be of a cascade type (levels). There is where to walk) The only thing is that there are steep climbs, but for us it was not a problem.
We had a superior room, on the fifth floor, the first from the corridor that leads to the elevator. We really liked it. Spacious room, good sound insulation, good quality furniture - drawers with closers! The room has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress + two beds in the form of a corner sofa, it is also comfortable to sleep. Spacious wardrobe with a compartment for shelves, chests of drawers next to the bed + a chest of drawers that divides the room into two zones. It is convenient that there are many shelves and there is where to put things. A long tabletop with a drawer has a flat TV on it, a work area, a floor lamp, and a chair next to it. On the balcony are two wicker chairs and a table with an ashtray. When you open the door to the balcony, the air conditioner turns off (it is successfully installed, it does not blow into the bed !! ! Controlled from the remote control on the wall. It copes with its function perfectly). Also in the room there is a tea corner (kettle, cups, tea, coffee, dry cream, sugar, two glasses) and a mini-bar (replenished daily, we had 2 glass bottles of water, two bottles of 0.5 liters of drinking water, 2 packs juice, 2 cans of beer, cola, cola light, sprite, mirinda, two wafer bars in chocolate + 1.5 l bottle of water). Safe is free. Cleaning in the room at a very good level - towels were changed every day, cosmetics replenished constantly and regularly, the bathroom was cleaned well, beds were changed every three days, the dust was wiped off, the garbage was taken out.

The hotel has three beaches. We rested with a small child or on the one opposite the construction site, a couple of times on the beach with pay booths. In the mornings on the beach in the lagoon, there is a smell of sewage - there are sewage treatment plants nearby - collecting containers, to which a huge sewer comes every day. The smell was sometimes annoying, it didn’t disappear for a couple of hours (because of it, I would have lowered the rating. But in general, we liked our vacation, so we didn’t. The hotel administration should definitely come up with and implement a solution to the problem of an unpleasant smell from treatment facilities, this will increase the level of positive impressions of guests ). The entry into the sea is gentle, but sometimes stones fall on the bottom. If you move a little towards the paid beach along the coastline, then you can see small flocks of fish there, snails crawl out onto the stones. On the way to the beach on the paths you can meet various grasshoppers, lizards, chameleons. Above the beach, a level above the bar - they pour soft and alcoholic drinks (wine, beer, champagne, vermouth, etc. ), from 11 you can take fruit, order pizza from the menu, or hamburgers, ayran in sealed cups.
Paid beach: cabin rental - 80 euros per day (until 18.00). There service - they brought us a fruit platter, coffee / tea with croissants, cold champagne, pizza and burgers from beach bars, ayran and drinks. Also in the booth there is a filled mini-bar, a set of towels (6 pieces). There is a shower for rinsing off. There are sun loungers next to the cabins. Only those who have reserved cabins are allowed on this beach. I really liked that there were very small pebbles.
The third beach was not convenient for us - in order to swim you need to go down uncomfortable stairs, there is a small entry for children, but it is not convenient, after 30 meters there is a cliff. I know, now they have installed another pontoon there, perhaps this has improved the situation. By lunchtime, a strong wind is understood on this beach. A level higher there is a bar where you can take drinks, next to it gozleme is baked during the day, and snacks are given out.
Waiters walk along the beaches - you can order drinks, at lunchtime they served portioned ice cream and fruit ice of TM Algida, very tasty.
I won't say anything about the pools, we only went to the beach.
Beach towels on cards. You can change as much as you like. There are two exchange points, one next to the animation table by the main pool, the second on the lagoon beach.
Food - everything was very good. The choice was large and everything was very tasty. Breakfasts: eggs 3-5-12 minutes, omelettes with filling to choose from, milk porridge, even soups, several types of ham, many types of cheeses, fruits (apples, pears, grapes, figs, peaches, nectarines, oranges, watermelons, melons ), vegetables, salads, herbs, yoghurts, breakfast cereals, honey combs, delicious sesame halva, waffles. Huge selection of pastries. There were other dishes. . . I don't remember anymore. Juices tasty packaged (powdered). Coffee in vending machines (for coffee it is better in the lounge bar), several types of tea.

Lunches and dinners. Chicken, turkey, beef, lamb in different variations, baked quail, fish (including red), mussels, squid. There were always grilled dishes (fish and a couple of meats). Vegetables in any form: steamed, baked, stewed, fresh, salads. Casseroles, pastas. There were very tasty soups. Large selection of bread. Cold appetizers - beef tongue, smoked, salted fish, salads and much, much more. All kinds of sauces, marinades. There were sushi, we do not like them, but the people actively dismantled. Huge selection of sweets for every taste. There is a diet table with steamed dishes, I took meat and vegetables there a couple of times, they were delicious. Special thanks to the chefs!!!
I met reviews that the choice of dishes is meager and does not correspond to the top five... I do not agree, the food is excellent and this should still be looked for for such a price.
The waiters were very friendly, polite and efficient, dirty dishes were removed quickly, drinks were also brought quickly enough. If the hotel is full, you will be immediately taken to a free table.
There are a la carte restaurants, but we did not go to them, we prefer the main restaurant.
Lounge bar - they prepare delicious latte, black coffee, make delicious cocktails, incl. for children. They always took extra bottled water to the room. Very good quality alcohol - vermouths, delicious dry champagne, quality beer, liqueurs. The child was taken milk or cocoa every evening. Many thanks to the bartenders - always polite, friendly, always paid attention to the child) It was always very pleasant to exchange a couple of phrases. Remember preferences. It is evident that they work with soul and imagination. Near the cafeteria, where you can choose sandwiches, cakes, pastries, chocolate, ice cream TM "Algida" (types 6-8) without restrictions.
The child did not go to the kids club, he hung out with us. On the territory of the club there is a small playground. In the same place, as far as I understand, a children's lunch is organized during the day.
Reception - a great guy Emin works for him. He speaks good Russian. Any questions were resolved with a bang, he was always very polite and attentive.
Emin, if you are reading, a big hello to you (from V. Bobkova) and many thanks for your help with renewing the room, despite the heavy occupancy of the hotel, and clarifying information about our transfer (our flight was postponed twice).
The girls from the guest relay are smart too. All our requests and wishes were taken into account.
