Entrance to the hotel is free, anyone can enter, there is no control.

It is better not to go shopping on the tour operator's transport. they take them to expensive shops where hotel guides probably get kickbacks from the money spent by tourists.
For shopping, I recommend going to the city market. bus stop right next to the hotel.
Excursions at the hotel are much more expensive than at the beach market.
