The staff is probably the best you can imagine. Always ready to help, communicate not as a client but as a best friend. Everyone who speaks English also has an administrator who speaks Russian.
The food at the hotel is very tasty and appetizing buffets.
The area is not large but enough for passive recreation. All rooms with sea view. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.
There were no downsides for me or my family at the hotel.
