Ужасный отель Terrible hotel

I never believed the reviews and if they told me what could be happening in the hotel, honestly, I would not believe it. But she was there and saw it all. This hotel was recommended to us by the tour operator, there were several under consideration, but it was directly recommended.
The hotel is not prepared to receive tourists, we were drilled, something was being completed. On the second day, water poured from the ceiling in the bathroom in the room, it took a long time to decide what to do with us. Moved to a villa, it was not much better there, the room was not ready for occupancy. Everything could be endured, but there was no hot water....Our entire holiday took place for the most part at the reception. The maintenance staff was in no hurry to solve problems. 4 days before departure, we were moved to the main building, at least there was water). The hotel is dirty, the plumbing is in a deplorable state, the dishes are in a terrible state, greasy stains and dirt. The rooms were cleaned ugly, towels were lifted from the floor and folded like fresh floors, nothing was wiped off the dust.
We have been to Turkey many times, this is the first time. Maybe a three-star hotel, but not five, and even more so a suite.

The only plus is a very good sea, but this is not the merit of the hotel.
