The room was in a villa, the size of the room did not correspond to the declared one, but the location was good, the view was beautiful from the large balcony, so we can say that we were satisfied, but not for long.
Further in the room, we noticed a bunch of ants, a dirty room (the floor was disgustingly washed), the furniture and repairs were old, there were no declared towels for 5 stars (2 towels per person), the sink was leaking in the bathroom and we always had a mini-pool on the floor. For the whole vacation, the bed linen was never changed, they were practically not cleaned, even sometimes they didn’t take out the garbage, they apparently didn’t go to the balcony at all, they cleaned the table on the balcony themselves.
The food was disgusting apart from cherry tomatoes, watermelon and peaches. For the entire period, Turkish sweets were seen once, and everything else was impossible to eat. Most of the alcohol is cheap and low quality, except for a few cocktails in the lobby bar on the 1st floor.
The main restaurant (where all breakfasts, lunches and dinners are held) looked like a cheap canteen, where they constantly swept under your feet, you feel like in McDonald's. There were no tablecloths even for dinner!
There are several restaurants on site by appointment, we visited Turkish and Sea Food, the food did not differ from the buffet - tasteless! With all this, the plates are dirty, often on the lower part one could observe the remains of food from other visitors, we are silent about divorces.
On the beach from 3-5 there was an ice cream shop, I would like to note that it was very tasty.
Despite the minuses of the kitchen and atmosphere, the staff is responsive and helpful.
The beach is terrible, there is practically no sand, the sunbeds are not processed and washed, they are very close to each other. But what pleased me is that public areas are cleaned often and well.
The sea is very clean and warm. You can see the bottom and swimming fish.
Water activities cost unreasonably large amounts of money. Rent a jet ski in 15 minutes: 1 person 60€, 2 - 75€.
Evening entertainment is suitable for those who want to drink a glass, another to Turkish music. It's hard to call it animation.
For children, cartoons were shown only in Turkish, given that 80% of the vacationers were Russian speakers.
You can iron things only FOR MONEY (the approximate cost of 1 thing is 10 € in dry cleaning), there was no service - an iron in the room, and there was no ironing room.
Russian-speaking girls at the Guest reception desk were very responsive and always helped in resolving issues.

We were accommodated and greeted very warmly, the room near the main building: with repairs, everything is clean, new, plumbing near the order. Cleaning daily and free of charge, daily filled the mini bar and quite decent.

Whenever we book a vacation, we pay extra for the best rooms with sea views and only the main building. So it was this time.
We were accommodated and greeted very warmly, the room near the main building: with repairs, everything is clean, new, plumbing near the order. Cleaning daily and free of charge, daily filled the mini bar and quite decent.
The most impressive area, very large, typical Turkey without pathos, but very cozy. . the scenery is incredible. And again I note - everything is clean and a lot of staff who clean and clean the area and the beach from pigs, which "with. . where to stand! ! ! ! ! ! ! Sometimes she wanted to run to the cigarette, who pushes in the sand, although there is a trash can near the leather deck chair, whether they carry food and the same with appliances.
The beach is pebbles, a little annoying. Were with a 3-year-old child - swimming with us in a circle - everything is ok)! There is also a wonderful pool. There are enough sunbeds for everyone. The water is clean. .
Special thanks to the animation and very friendly staff! ! ! ! ! ! ! You feel comfortable, as if you know everyone. We were in many hotels, there was no such atmosphere anywhere. Both English and Russian are spoken. We had no problem understanding them.

We arrived at the hotel at 15:30... we settled in at about 17:00, while they immediately asked to wait 10 minutes and drink coffee at the bar, then another 10 minutes, etc. )... there was no intelligible answer!

The staff does not speak either Russian or English, very convenient by the way... not a single problem can be solved, a complete scumbag (single guys, they spoke a little English and if they managed to catch them, they used them as translators)
3. Information was not provided either at the time of check-in, or later (usually the rooms are equipped with an information book)... well, do you understand what I mean? Hotel map, where and how much. . .
4. Cleaning. . . I don't even know how to describe it! The floor is not wiped (we lived on the ground floor with access to the grass, so it was easy to assess the quality of cleaning... it's strange that the cleaner didn't bother), and the towel under the feet in the bathroom just turns over to the clean side, but what? Option... again, due to the ignorance of languages by the staff, nothing can be presented to anyone! Many wrote that tips improved the quality of cleaning... fundamentally for such an attitude is the attitude! didn’t pay (although I’m always glad to thank you)!

On small cars we reached the reception and then a shock! dirt everywhere, in the middle of a not washed and not cleaned room, a table with drinks, a few chairs. We arrived early, they couldn’t settle us, they said to wait, changed clothes and decided to go look around. We sat down in the old, dirty elevator went down to the restaurant, the food is so-so, again you need to go to the elevator, went down to the pool, everything is busy, and just towels. Again, an elevator to the sea, the doors open and a concrete tunnel, they left, there is practically no beach, a pontoon with sunbeds, a bar and a cafe was built. A lot of locals, sunbeds are all occupied. The staff does not see anyone at all and freezes. They began to move their own sunbeds and umbrellas. Sea divine. They waited for the settlement, tin, they took us again to the exit from the hotel to the “club room” rooms, they said that if you need to get to the reception, call 0 and a machine will come for you, they came for us a couple of times, then they stopped picking up our numbers. One family was placed in a different category of rooms, there is horror, the semi-basement is dark green, half the light did not work, there was no balcony, the door to the toilet did not close. There was a question about relocation to the redeemed category of the room, they relocated with a fight. There is practically no animation. On the 2nd day of arrival, after dinner, we got into the elevator to get to the reception and got stuck in it and.... Oh God! ventilation does not work, we hang between floors, children are with us, after 20 minutes there was not enough air, everyone panics, we knock, call, start to undress, the children lie on the floor breathing in the cracks, everyone is wet and everyone is sick, the windows are fogged up and over them water is flowing, thank God some of the people from our company were not in the elevator with us, we wrote messages to them, called them. We were released after 40 minutes. It’s bad for the children, dads grabbed the children and everyone went out, and falling out they hooked the elevator operator. We went up to the reception and, of course, loudly with claims began to demand to call a doctor and call the general manager, a man came out without a badge, did not introduce himself and immediately started yelling that we had beaten the elevator operator. He did not even bother to understand the situation, that in fact we almost suffocated there, that the children were in a semi-conscious state, that we were sitting in the elevator for 40 minutes, he was not even interested in that. He just screamed like he was not normal. The guards came up and let's push everyone away, pushed the girl so that her glucometer flew off. Further, a huge crowd, everyone is yelling and some chief came, along the way they reported to him that the problem was, but not that we almost died there, but that the elevator operator was beaten, he also started yelling, this one turned on the artist without a badge and let's build the victim, saying that we beat him too, when we realized that there would be no medical care for children, we decided to send the children from this nightmare to rooms under the supervision of an adult, and the rest were left to figure it out, another one arrived, the campaign was even more important and began to yell obscenities and snort. Called the police. Without understanding, let’s drag all our men into police jails, we didn’t understand why, we asked to wait for a representative of our company, the police say that we started a fight and we will be punished for it, we explain to them that we didn’t touch anyone and told about the elevator, as we they sat there, they were not interested either. The girl who began to literally translate our story was quickly removed by the police, under the pretext of dismissal. In hot and stuffy jails, our friend became ill, he has asthma, they ran for the drug, it turns out they have already blocked our numbers, the person is in an unconscious state, we bring him to his senses on our own, no help. They just looked at it and the goal is one, to plant us, all dirty and wet, we defend ourselves, reanimate. In general, what happened there is beyond words. They planted our men and took away, where it is not clear, there were children and women. The rooms are blocked, insulin was required, it is not possible to take, the cards do not work. They did not respond to the request to open the rooms. Rooms unlocked next day after 12. Everyone was forced to huddle in the room in which the children had gone, for a second 10 people, all this time guards were on duty near the building and it was not possible to leave the building. Then the lights were turned off in the hallway. So they sat all night, some in the police, others in the room. The men got in touch, they said that the police were passing an alcohol test and the police were surprised that some men were sober at all, and at the police station they could not understand why they had brought everyone, by the way, one of the women also left with the men so that she could communicate in English and sat with them in the station, we told them that we were in the same room and they did not open our rooms for us. The men asked the police to help us open the rooms, they refused. Morning came, a message from our husbands that they returned to the hotel at their own expense, as a representative from the Corel company did not reach the police. They also found a Lawyer-interpreter themselves and paid for the services. I met the Security and the director of the hotel came out, who called our translator a "fat cow". In the morning, the men sat in a separate room of the hotel under the supervision of security for another 3 hours, they were forbidden to use the services of the hotel, the children went to breakfast under the supervision of security. At 15.30 we were provided with a transfer and we moved to another hotel! Rest continues....
