I can characterize my impression of the hotel as ambiguous. First on the positives:
1. Beautiful sea. Warm and calm;
2. Huge territory. With lots of greenery - trees, flowers;
3. Excellent food. Lots of fruits, fish, vegetables. Just a posh Turkish a la carte restaurant;
4. For children, just a paradise. Separate swimming pool (for very small ones) with slides, playground, animation.
Negatives:
1. Nobody speaks Russian at all in hotels!
2. Service at the reception is just disgusting. The number was not changed for us even under the influence of 20 USD. View from the room - "nowhere". 2 separate beds, which we just moved. There are no blankets. The Turks are convinced that you need to sleep under a waffle towel the size of a sheet. The safe in the room worked for us on the 3rd day, after 4 reminders to the administrator. The forgetfulness of the receptionist regarding the placement of information about the flight is also in the order of things.

2. There is no mini-bar, which is in the description of the hotel.
3. Still dissatisfied with the work of Turtesse in this hotel. At a meeting with the guide, we were told that excursions can only be booked on that day. OK. Ordered. We get canceled 1 the night before. It is no longer possible to order anything else. On the last day of rest, we accidentally found out that we had a guide every day from 9:00 to 10:30! And what the guides say to sell the tour is different from reality!
We did not go for the sake of all this, so we just decided not to spoil our vacation and not to make a fuss. Just enjoyed the beautiful city, sea and nature.
I also want to say a huge thank you to the tour guides. They tried to smooth out all the negativity, to conduct a tour that would bring great pleasure (Anna from a sightseeing tour of Bodrum, Valeria and Sveta from the Yacht tour).
