Hello fellow travelers! For the first time I am writing a review about the rest, but I really want it as advice for those who are confused and looking for a good place to relax and have good impressions. I understand perfectly well that the cost of vouchers is growing at the speed of sound, and therefore I would not want to experience unpleasant emotions and disappointments for my own money.
In Turkey, I personally rested more than once and in different regions, but I was not in Bodrum and this year I decided to go with a friend to the Aegean Sea. Impressions, I tell you, the most positive! Nature, landscape, the sea itself is very different from Central Turkey. Mountains covered with juniper and other coniferous trees saturate the air so much that your head is spinning! The sea is of heavenly color, there is no such sea in Alanya, Kemer or Antalya! With the color of the water in the sea, perhaps, it is difficult to decide! If you watched the movie "The Blue Lagoon", then you will understand! Our hotel was located in a bay, very cozy. We went for a walk along the coast on a boat, all the hotels are located in the bays, but there is also a view of the open sea. There is access to the sea and sandy, there is also a pontoon (wood + plastic). We sunbathed on the wooden deck - very clean!
Tight mesh beds, very comfortable, give 2 towels on the beach! "Glass Boy" offers soft drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic: beer, champagne, martini, crayfish, gin, milk and other cocktails in unlimited quantities and free of charge. The constant breeze did not let go crazy from the heat and "nailed" to the bodies of vacationers tan. Right next to the pier you can feed the fish, they are completely tame! The room is great too! Very large, light, glass + chrome. Even the sink in the bathroom is made of glass, a very large comfortable bed, a large white leather sofa, a white leather chair, a TV with Russian channels, air conditioning, a window, a balcony overlooking the sea, bedding and towels are changed every day, a safe is free, the refrigerator is filled every day: 2 cans of Fanta, 2 cans of Light Coca-Cola, 2 regular Coca-Cola, 2 beers, 2 bottles of medicinal mineral water for overeating (like Borjomi) and 3 plastic bottles of ordinary mineral water. The only negative is mosquitoes, if you do not close the balcony, they will eat it at night! But they give out 2 keys each, so we left 1 key in the "socket" in the room so that the air conditioner worked and the balcony was closed. The hotel is very clean, a large territory, but you can get lost out of habit, so the transitions led from one building to another. Personally, we got used to the 3rd day. True, there are no air conditioners in the elevators.

The food is wonderful and, in my opinion, 24 hours a day! We have already eaten, 3 hours have passed, and people are still sitting in the restaurant. The food is very varied! And fish - for 1 meal they gave 7 varieties, meat as well, the dishes were Italian (pizza, lasagna... ) and Turkish, and German, there was even an Olivier salad, for some reason it was called "Russian". For me, a cheese lover, it was just expanse: every day and all day from morning to evening in a restaurant at a separate showcase there was a nice Turk in white overalls and offered to taste cheese for every taste. I think I will not be mistaken if I say that there were 70 varieties of cheese and in unlimited quantities. To my shame, I’ll say that I gained so much from greed that I didn’t eat everything. It's a shame... Drinks at lunch and dinner were also all kinds, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and Turkish, and imported.
Freshly squeezed orange juice could be drunk as much as you like all day (for free), other juices (cherry, cherry, tomato, strawberry) were from the packages. A lot of sweets, ice cream, fruits and vegetables. The restaurant has a large open terrace overlooking the sea and 5 air-conditioned rooms, a separate room for parents with children. 3 a la carte restaurants.
The animation is weak, but every evening there were performances of bards, chamber orchestras, you could dance foxtrot, waltz, tango right by the pool... I noticed that the vacationers were mostly Turks. I have never seen so many Turks in one place. There are many bars, air conditioners and plasma TVs everywhere, we caught Euro 2008, so there were no problems with viewing, with free and tasty beer or martini you could watch football, news, and a movie. There are 4 large TVs around the bar and all 4 show different programs. In general, after Bodrum, another Turkey is not perceived. I really liked it. And although there are no comrades for the taste and color, I advise you to visit the Aegean Sea and I hope you enjoy it! Have a good rest and pleasant impressions! Svetlana.
