Lovely vacation

Travel time: 17 — 24 june 2009
Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For business travel; For families with children; For recreation with friends, for young people
06/25/09 returned from vacation, rested from 17 to 24 June. We went as a family (three people). I really want to share my impressions of the trip to Kefaluka. I'll start by saying that despite the "little written" about this hotel - the hotel opened on June 1.2009.
We are from St. Petersburg and would like to fly a direct flight. But as it turned out, the trip through Moscow cost 15 thousand of our rubles cheaper. And there were no tours with a ticket for the St. Petersburg-Bodrum plane three weeks before departure. Therefore, we took our own tickets for the St. Petersburg-Moscow (Vnukovo) plane. The plane Moscow (Vnukovo) - Bodrum (a / c Red Wings) took off at 6.05, there were no delays.
In Bodrum (Milas) Tez Tour, as usual, was very organized. At 11 o'clock. have already been to the hotel.

At the hotel, the meeting is organized at a high level, a Russian-speaking manager is constantly at the reception (Olga (in the morning), Natalie (in the evening), Olga met us. Upon arrival, very tasty cool cocktails were immediately offered. No bracelets (belonging to the hotel) on hand Olga immediately told us the good news - the hotel is giving us a gift and instead of a standard room we will be settled in a family room (larger and more comfortable). the hotel impressed me with its comfort. ) No money is required for settling in a better room, since all the rooms in the hotel have a sea view, and all are good (although the first floor is low-wat).
Vacationers - in the first days it seemed that 50% were Russians, 50% were Turks))). Later, ours became noticeably smaller, the British, Americans, French appeared, but there were still a lot of Turks-))))
In the room - everything is beautiful in bright colors, the floor is laminate, a balcony. Everything is there (including hair dryer, slippers, soap, shampoos, etc. ). In the mini-bar - beer, coca-cola, sprite, mineral water, ordinary water (replenished every day). There is one minus - there are no devices for drying bathing accessories (clothes, swimsuits and swimming trunks). Room cleaning daily (with replenishment of shower and mini-bar supplies, replacement of towels). We left a tip - $1.
The territory of the hotel - several pools with a depth of 1.4m, 1.1m and 0.4m (for children). One pool with slides (5 pcs. ). One pool with jacuzzi. Near the pools there are a large number of sunbeds and umbrellas. There are showers. In addition, there are many hammocks, gazebos, boats and sofas with pillows on the territory. On an island between the pools there is a bar.
The beach is long with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Special beds do not require mattresses. The beach has a pier on which there are also many sun loungers, showers, and a bar. The entrance to the sea is rocky - cobblestones 15-30 cm each. Therefore, people swim from the pier. For children on the beach there is a place fenced with stones, where the bottom is sandy. On the beach you can take a kayak or windsurf board and ride (free of charge).
Beach towels are issued freely around the pool, you want two, you want five - but why-))) Never for all the time have you thought about taking almost a seat on a sunbed - they are always available at any pool. And there were very few people on the beach in general (max. 20-30).

The food is very tasty and varied. There is always (free) freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. Ice cream at the pool (four to six types) all day without a schedule for free. The waiters work well, although once they forgot about the wine we ordered. The wine is good (bottled straight from the bottle).
There are five a la carte restaurants, you can go to each one once for free, but we never went there, as there is enough variety of food in the main restaurant. In all bars and restaurants everything is free, for a fee only very expensive alcoholic drinks (such as Hennessy).
Animation - 12-15 people (Africans, Ukrainians, Georgians, Turks). Accordingly, many people speak Russian. It has been noticed that American vacationers do not quite understand the animators who speak English-))). Animators work well, unobtrusively, but very interesting and organized. Evening performances in the amphitheater are interesting and varied. Every day evening and night entertainment. Disco club with a glass dance floor. Billiards, tennis (table and big), football, volleyball, bowling). Everything except bowling is free.
Animators do a lot of work with children in clubs.
The week flew by so fast without even realizing it. I liked the rest very much. The hotel can be firmly put - 5! (taking into account the fact that tiny flaws are very insignificant)
Departure spoiled the rest a little. The departure time of the aircraft was confirmed at 20:00 (06/23/09), but at 21:00 (06/23/09) unexpectedly, the TezTour guide announced that the departure was postponed from 9:20 to 23:55 (06/24/09), with a request to vacate the room until 12:00 . Many thanks to the hotel for providing a room for an extra day for $50. We rested for $50 for one more day, and in the evening at 21.30 we left for the airport. Actually, the plane (a / c Red Wings), instead of 09.20 (24.06. 09), took off at 2 am on 25.06. 09, i. e. with a delay from the original time by 17 hours....... On a plane from Moscow to St. Petersburg, we were late, but we managed to reissue the ticket with a small surcharge for the next scheduled flight at the Rossiya airline.
Findings:

1. The hotel is very good, claiming to bypass the famous RIXOS and Kempinski in scope (which all hotel managers are proud of). Most likely the prices for holidays in the hotel will increase (already started to grow).
2. The management of the Red Wings airline, which operates charter flights to Bodrum, should think about a clearer organization of transportation.
