Today my 11-year-old daughter and I returned from Bodrum. It's a pity that when I bought a ticket there, I didn't have any information, even about Bodrum. The hotel is excellent, everything is new, excellent rooms with a sea view. The hotel is built into the mountain, glass elevators, modern design. The same can be said about the restaurant. A wonderful water park, fitness center, spa salon. There is an amphitheater, they entertain every day, there is live music in the karaoke bar. But... the price does not match. The hotel for two weeks should cost a maximum of 2500 dollars. Now I will explain why.
The owner of the hotel sold 90% of the vouchers to his fellow citizens from Istanbul, Ankara to ensure occupancy. For them, the room rate is 120 dollars per day, of which they pay 1/3 in installments for a year. The hotel is filled with a rather average-income audience, a lot of children, the hotel resembles a huge nursery garden. The Turks have a distant idea of upbringing and consider themselves masters, with all the ensuing consequences. Currently, the hotel is being "killed" and it is not worth paying fabulous money, which is announced by Russian tour operators. Strong winds constantly blow in Bodrum, the water in the sea is very cold, no more than 22 degrees. The beach is not very good, it's bad to go from the shore. There is an entrance from the pier, along a metal staircase, big waves do not allow you to swim.
Very badly cleaned in the room, from the Russian television - the program "Culture". I especially want to note the performance of the animators. The so-called comedy show program was shown. Russians were portrayed as alcoholics who can't do anything. All the "Russians" (Kazakhs, Belarusians, Muscovites, Ukrainians) got up and left the hall, and the Turks neighed in satisfaction. It was terribly insulting, felt humiliated.

In general, if anyone has questions, I will answer.
