Wasted time and money - that's how you can describe a visit to this hotel in a nutshell. The level of the hotel does not correspond to the 5 * or 4 * declared on the website, it barely draws on 3 *. And now about everything in order: The hotel is located next to the cemetery. It is located on the third coastline, that is, very far from the sea. Therefore, the guests are taken to the beach by a bus from the hotel twice a day - at 11 am and at 2 pm, and takes back only once at 6 pm. That is, if you want to return before 6, catch a taxi and get there yourself. The beach where the bus takes you is not even a beach at all, but just a wooden overpass, from which you need to go down the stairs, and immediately into the depths. That is, if you do not know how to swim, there is nothing for you to do there. When you check in, they give you a terrible, dark, damp room, almost overlooking the pool. When you express dissatisfaction and ask to change, they hesitate for a long time, they say that there are no others, they are waiting for you to give them money to settle in a better room. When you do not give, they settle and so on. Rooms are not ready to move in. When you enter the room, no bed linen, no towels, no soap, not even an extra bed, which was previously agreed upon when booking, only mattresses covered with suspicious stains and streaks. All this must be asked for, all this appears only a few hours after the settlement. There are no shampoos in the bathroom. The toilet is horribly dirty. They said to clean it, the cleaning lady came, filled everything with bleach and left without cleaning anything. They wash everything in the hotel with bleach, as it seemed to me. Near the houses (blocks) it stinks terribly of urine, they say. that from the trees, I can hardly believe. The shower is small and there is no hot water. As the tank heats up on the roof in the sun, you will use such barely warm water. The bed was not changed (or it was all so stale, I don’t know). Televisions are ancient microscopic half-broken Philips, the remote control from which they brought us only 2 days after the settlement. The floors in the room are huge cheap tiles. There are a huge number of cats on the territory of the hotel, constantly running around, playing and fighting everywhere and everywhere, and during breakfast, lunch and dinner, they also walk between the tables and under them. Cat heaven is how I would call this hotel. Animation-zero, nothing happens. The hotel does not offer its guests any entertainment, no contests, no tour trips, nothing. Wi-fi is only available in the lobby, and even then not every day. The service staff (including the reception) does not speak Russian or English.
