The first impression was simply terrible - not from the hotel itself, but from its Turkish guests. The fact is that these days there was some kind of youth festival and young Turks festivals to the fullest. In our presence, a fight practically took place - the young people were pulled apart by the forces of their friends and guards. There was noise in the lobby - we were all tired from the road - we hardly slept - there were many children among us, including small ones. We had nowhere to hide from the noise and uproar - we tried to stay close together. Two girls at 6 in the morning decided to take a walk around the hotel - they ran back - several Turks were chasing them. Many wanted to leave immediately from this hotel - some did so - put the question squarely to the hotel guide.
I liked the territory of the hotel - quite beautiful, well-groomed - a good beach, swimming pools, a pool with sea water in the SPA center.

The service, in principle, is also normal - the room was cleaned every day and it seems like the linen was also changed every day - they didn’t pay much attention to this, since they swam a lot or went somewhere, they were very tired. At the reception there was a girl Hatidzha, who spoke Russian very well - she solved many issues with her help.

It was my birthday - usually the hotel somehow celebrates this day - a bottle of wine, a cake - but in this hotel it is not customary to give something for a birthday. In the next room, the man also had a birthday on the same day, he was congratulated on the evening show, but did not notice that they were giving something.
Another point seems to have nothing to do with the hotel. Such Ibrahim hangs around the beach - he offers an excursion on a yacht - we decided to ride a yacht and swim in the open sea. I liked the trip itself, swimming, nature, the sea. But at the end they added a fly in the ointment - it turns out that the drinks are paid - Ibrahim claimed the opposite - they pulled 20 lire from us for two drinks, without warning that they were paid - Ibrahim promised to give it back, but it was clear that this was only a game for the public. If someone wants to take a ride on this yacht, then I advise you to take water and other drinks with you, and even better, take some food - lunch on a yacht is not at all like lunch.
At the end of our arrival, the number of guests increased sharply and there were queues in the restaurant.
My husband and I wanted to go on an excursion to Pamukkale, but we were badly burned on the yacht and therefore did not go. When we left the hotel, we found out that several of ours from the tour (not only our hotel) had an accident on this excursion.
