Bodrum is called the pearl of the Aegean. Bodrum. . . these are picturesque bays with a deep ultramarine sea. . . these are green mountains dotted with tiny white houses. . . these are narrow streets that lead you to the many restaurants on the beach.
Bodrum is the aroma of spices, delicious fish and the salty sea!!!
We have just such memories of this hospitable coast
So, more about the hotel, which hospitably sheltered us for 7 days : )
The hotel is quiet and small, about 90 rooms. First they gave a room on a noisy street with bars and cafes. They asked to change - they moved to a room with a balcony and a side view of the sea, on the contrary there were private houses of the Turks. It was interesting to watch them gather as families on the verandas on quiet evenings and have quiet conversations over dinner.
The room is comfortable, cleanliness is good, air conditioning is excellent. Safe - paid.

There are very, very few Russian tourists. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. They cook fresh fish right in front of you. If you leave the hotel and to the right - immediately the market (on Sunday there are a lot of fruits). Next is the souvenir market. Behind him near the mosque is an exchange office. And across the main road there is an excellent supermarket - they bought Turkish delight, coffee and tea there. We learned about the supermarket at the reception - they explained it very clearly (though in English)
Nutrition
Were very satisfied with the food. Well, very tasty. Grilled meat and fish were made in our presence - you will lick your fingers! Lots of salads and separate vegetables. There was plenty of meat and chicken. Delicious pastries. We especially liked the "coffee time" at five o'clock - a snack with coffee, tea and pastries. Fruits are melon and sweet watermelon.
Sea
The beach is small, but we always had enough space (even after breakfast). Foreigners mostly lay near the pool. Sunbeds (plastic), mattresses, towels - everything is free.
The sea is clean. Husband snorkeling saw a lot of hedgehogs near the piers, octopus and a lot of fish. The entrance to the sea is sand with small pebbles. Foreigners bathed in slippers. (we bought it for ourselves too).
But the most beautiful sea was seen in the bays when we took an excursion on a yacht (more on that below).
Excursions were taken from Teztour: the Dalyan River and the turtle beach near the Mediterranean Sea. We sailed along the river for a long time, saw the Lycian tombs in the rocks. They fed huge turtles with blue crabs and ate delicious crabs with beer right on the boat. We swam for a couple of hours in the Mediterranean Sea and at the end we stopped in therapeutic mud. Very hungry in the evening while driving (6 hours) home. If possible, take dinner with you. Breakfast and lunch were included in the tour.
The second tour was more enjoyable. First we walked around the Bodrum fortress - amazing views !! ! Then we got to the embankment, bought souvenirs (very beautiful handmade glassware) and boarded a two-deck yacht. They sailed along the picturesque bays between the mountains. Swimming in the open sea - super!! ! Then - lunch. And then we moored to a beautiful pebbly wild beach, but with sun loungers =) I personally have never seen such a blue sea!! !
