The hotel is located 40 minutes from the airport, in a very beautiful bay with a sandy beach. The hotel is 60% Turkish, 30% European and 10% Russian speaking. There were 16 of us and they were in shock. We checked into the hotel at 15.00 and were given a room instead of a 3-bed 2-bed room with the smell of dampness and detergents. After visiting the reception and $ 10, the issue with the number was resolved. We were refused a snack even though we had 2 small children with us. Waiting for dinner and the children
ate Kiev cookies. The food is excellent, everything is plentiful and tasty. Cleaning is a very big problem, they clean it up somehow and make them put shampoo, put coffee, and change towels will be a big deal. The grounds are clean, beautiful, the pools are warm and beautiful. There is no animation at all, they don’t take care of children, the children’s room started working after 3 days and the child refused to go there on day 2. The staff doesn't even know English, let alone Russian. Since we were going to rest, no one and nothing could spoil our mood. The main thing is amazing water and good mood. There are a lot of bars on the territory and the drinks are not even bad.
