Rested at the end of July as a family of 2 adults and two children 6 and 3 years old.
Service
It is quite unusual to encounter such a level of service. We arrived at 8 in the morning, for 2 hours we were driven around the hotels, and here we were, not sleeping and exhausted, arrived at our hotel at about 12 o'clock. I am glad that they did not make us wait until 14, but immediately handed over the keys to the room. But no one brought the suitcases to the room and did not even show where it is.
When leaving, no one bothered to come and help with the suitcases, although the reception desk reported that the checkout was 30 minutes in advance.
It is useless to ask for something to be repaired at the reception, they answer you OK and stupidly do nothing.
We asked 5 times to put a bed in our room for a second child, but the result is zero. So they slept in the same bed.
You meet such moments everywhere at bars, in a restaurant, room service, etc.
Pleases only the guest relay, our girl Elena, she is at least trying to help in something.
Whenever possible, she resolved emerging issues and organized a meeting with the hotel manager.
Beach
The beach is disgusting. Very small, narrow, sunbeds stand in two lines, next to each other, it is impossible to get to the water. The whole beach is covered with stones, building gravel, algae, it is poorly cleaned, there are no trash cans. I don’t understand at all how it was possible to cover the entire beach and the entrance to the sea with building rubble, which is simply impossible to walk on.
The entrance to the water is difficult because of the stones, the sea is shallow.
The pontoons are not ready and are not actually being prepared.
There are few free sunbeds, in the morning everyone is occupied with towels and are empty all day.
There are several pools, but we do not go there, so there is nothing to say. There is a mini water park with 6 slides, for a ride.

These rooms are located in two-storey bungalows, without sea view.
The room is very small, poorly thought out, you can't turn around in the corridor and rooms, there's not even a place to put your suitcases. The closet for things is small and one without shelves. Lots of little bugs that no one wants to fix.
A day later we moved to a superior standard room in a seven-story building overlooking the sea. The room is spacious compared to a family. But from 21:00 to 01:00 at night, music from a beach disco plays very loudly under the windows, where 3-5 people dance. At the same time, the floor of the hotel does not sleep. The noise level in the room at the head of the bed with the balcony door closed after 11 p. m. is 73-78 db.
After a detailed conversation with the hotel manager, we were moved to a suite on the top floor. Double room, spacious. The balcony is common to all rooms on the top floor. The view is great, but that's the only plus. Everything in the room breaks and disappears. It seems that the hotel was handed over on the opening day of the season.
Turks-80% rest in the hotel, Romanians, Moldovans, Ukrainians, Scandinavians the remaining 20%.
