I rested at the hotel with a child of 11 years old and my girlfriend also with a child of 11 years old. We were settled quickly, the rooms were in building 8 on the second floor, the rooms were normal, after cosmetic repairs, there was always hot water, the holder for the electronic key was broken, so the light was constantly turned off. No one was in a hurry to repair it, so they suffered for ten days. The room was cleaned normally, every day, the bed leaves much to be desired, there are stains, even clean towels had an unpleasant smell. The staff doesn't really care about the guests. In the afternoon, as soon as you lie down to rest outside the door, shouting between the cleaners begins, very loudly, it was not always possible to sleep.
Swimming pool. There were always places, but no one gave out towels, although the hotel positions itself as 4 stars!!!
The worst thing was the food. Previously, we rested in Oludeniz in Sun City - this is also 4 stars and there is something to compare, as well as in two more 3-star hotels.

So, worse food than here, I have not seen anywhere else!!! ! For breakfast, there were no yoghurts at all, scrambled eggs not always, sausage, cheese, vegetables, eggs, muesli, milk... And that's it. Lunch and dinner are a maximum of two types of meat, and if you're lucky, two types of side dishes - this is not always the case. Salads are monotonous, appetizers are disgusting, sometimes they gave fish once or twice a week. If you have time to start, you can take it, after an hour there was almost nothing, just leftovers... But the most annoying thing was that they put portions on you, two spoonfuls each, if you ask for supplements, they make such a face that it’s disgusting to look at... Children were generally refused to be given a supplement when they came by themselves without their parents.
Further, when you sit down at a table, there are a lot of staff - the guards, who do not allow you to eat normally, come up every two minutes to see how much you have taken and what, behave boorishly, giggle behind your back. Clean up stupidly ignored. They climb across the entire table to take an empty plate, while they smell very unpleasant and this constantly prevents you from eating calmly!
The evening show was for 10 days once, the rest of the days karaoke and that's it, entertain yourself is called, with the same animation.
In general, I don’t recommend it, I won’t come back here for sure and it doesn’t pull for 4 stars, it’s a weak trio !! !
