The staff does not understand Russian at all, it was possible to explain only through a guide, who happens 2 hours a day. The beach, stated in the description, as a private part of the mountains. beach, belongs to another hotel and leaves much to be desired, and is far from a hundred meters away. The air conditioner in the room buzzed, puffed, but did not cool, every day they tried to explain at the reception that it was not working, finally the master came, twisted something there, stated the fact "Gas finish", but took no action. Animators are generally a separate issue, their main task was to meet newly arrived girls and a sluggish disco, which boiled down to turning on music on a laptop, and the animators themselves at that time were just drinking at a table in a bar (in which, by the way, for mere mortals, from drinks there was only ice). And when asked to change the music, the answer was "whoever doesn't like it, let them go". Maybe the staff is trying and will bring the hotel to a level approaching 4 *, but so far this is a deuce and it was necessary to declare it that way.
