The hotel was recommended by the agency as a "good five". We chose Turkey, because the operator with whom we flew to Greece went bankrupt with noise, and we did not have visas. Only Turkey remained.
The first impression of the hotel is beauty!! ! We were settled in the main building overlooking the sea. And then the disappointments began. Standard room is very small! I have never seen such small rooms in my travel life. 23m2!!!! ! And it's 5*. First disappointment. For comparison, Greece 4 * standard room is approximately 38-38m2, Thailand 4 * standard room is 64m2.
They brought a cradle (the child was 9 months old) - obviously not 5 *. Old tortured life with the smell of mold. And completely nylon - mattress, bumpers. But there was nothing to do, there was no other option.
On the third night, we asked to be moved, as the animation is very loud (and we have a small child). The feeling that you are trying to fall asleep on the column turned on at full power. Moved without problems in a building near the water park.
It is not clear where the former luxury has gone - there are no bathrobes in the rooms, toothbrushes, shaving accessories, a shower instead of a bath in the main building. But, food for the child can also be found on the common table - pasta, stewed vegetables, rice, potatoes, chicken, you can even find stew (if you're lucky). There are chicken broth soups. I didn't have any problems with feeding my baby. In the morning oatmeal and semolina porridge, in the afternoon vegetable puree with meat or soup, in the evening potatoes or pasta or instant cereals brought with you. There is a blender near the children's table, so you can grind food without any problems.
There were enough fruits - apples, watermelons, plums, melons, figs, grapes.
