And here you can safely leave your treasure, as you can be sure that it is under full control and supervision.

Deserves special - the sea, the beach and the weather - Kirish is Kirish - it has never been hot and stuffy even at +40, and in the evening at +28-30. Abolden wind is everywhere (in Beldibi it is much more stuffy), small pebbles are a blast for both adults and children, the sea is crystal clear. My rating is 10 out of 10 and even a little more : ) for the excellent service from Anex!! ! 100% we will go here again and very soon : ) usually we don’t go to the same hotel 2 times, but this hotel was a discovery - the case when you are waiting for a normal hotel, but you get an awesome hotel : )))) oversatisfactory. Fruits: watermelon, melon, peach. But there were no strawberries. The a la carte menu is small: shrimp, fish, salads. Of the buns - ice cream, sweets at the bar near the sea from 11 until the evening. A couple of times we dined at a snack bar near the pool, burgers, shawarma, battered chicken. You can also eat near the slides. There is also a snack bar but the menu is small. Food is ok. For alcohol there is a choice of imported drinks. But you need to look so that they are poured into cocktails, and not local. Beer on tap and in bottles. Alcohol is normal.
Beach: there is a place for everyone, but the first rows are probably occupied from 5 in the morning. We never borrowed. They lay down anywhere. The entrance to the sea is pebbles. Colitis in legs. Pierce is normal. The pool is small and warm, with different depth zones, there is enough space for everyone. Animation truncated as covid. We stopped by during the lockdown and there were few people, after May 17 the Ukrainian brothers rushed on the cheap and the hotel turned into a Krasny Plowman camp site with the corresponding contingent.
Let's start with the pros:
+ kids club - well done girls, they are 100%. Children are happy, interesting, crafts, games.
+/- Indeed, the bar is replenished every day, but from time to time something is not reported. They asked for milk for the child, they didn’t put it in several times, called the service, waited so long that the child fell asleep. We ran to the bar - they didn’t let us, they said: call the service.
Minuses:
- the rooms are updated, but already ushatannye. Windows do not open for ventilation. Therefore, the maintenance unscrewed the handle from the window so that the window would not open at all and no one would fall out. Accordingly, one room without air. Central air conditioning, blowing on the bed, draw your own conclusions. Got sick…
- there is a children's pool in the water park, there is no children's area in the main pool, kids can only swim in the large pool.
- cleaning: the floors were never washed. Towels are changed every day, but sometimes they are stained. There are slippers. They promised a dressing gown for the child, but. . . not now. The floors are slippery. The child fell, although they always supported and spread towels. But he hurried, and as a result, a bruise appeared on his face. We informed the hotel manager, but I don't know if they took any action, as the tiles are glossy and very slippery.
- food: we were ready for the new conditions for the distribution of food and registration (it's even convenient), but the problem is that most of them are not very edible and when laying out the stew with meat, they will put inedible vegetables, 2 small pieces of meat with gravy. The grill is the same. Gets bored after a day. Grilled half-cooked vegetables. Once there were crayfish: they ran out quickly : ) sushi - inedible and weathered. Children's table - cereals, fruit and vegetable jars, yoghurts. Your child will not eat the rest. You feel like you're in a canteen for the poor. You have to ask for cutlery and wait a long time, drinks too. But they can't cope, they need more staff. And this is not yet full occupancy of the hotel. Fruits are semi-withered inedible strawberries, apples, oranges, sometimes edible watermelons and melons.
There is alcohol (bottled Tuborg, cognac and much more), they don’t lie about it.
- beach - entry from the shore is sharp and painful, the exit is even worse. Maybe from the pier. For kids, this is flour and zero pleasure. They say that they brought sand to the beach - it is crushed stone and you will feel like at a construction site or in cat litter. Always in dust and dirty clothes. The guards chatter among themselves on the pier and do not look at what is happening on the shore. If you smoke it is your choice and poison yourself, but our choice is clean air and please respect us. We do not put our children's poop under your nose, and they are more harmless than the smelly air from your lungs. A few meters away, on a non-smoking beach, a man was smoking. I approached and quietly and very politely asked not to smoke. He began to bully and answer not very politely, the point is that he doesn’t give a shit. He jumped up and started poking me in the belly. His wife ran up and started yelling and calling names. I said that I did not want a conflict and went to my sunbed. When I leaned towards the child, I felt a blow to the head and fell. At that moment, people ran up and removed the aggressor so that he would not finish off. My wife, seeing this, ran to the guards and asked for help. Only after that did they pay attention to us. Children are in shock and fear!! ! I was taken to the doctor. The cheek is torn and needs to be sewn up. At first I did not want the police and the doctor, but the brave Ukrainian yelled that I was drunk and therefore the police were called by me. I will not describe all the misadventures, but the hotel, the tour operator of the attacker exerted all kinds of pressure so that the matter did not come to trial. The beatings were removed, in the blood 0.03 ppm of alcohol. I took 1 sip of beer as I couldn't afford any more with the kids on the beach. To guarantee that this does not happen again with you, no one will and does not want to. Promises are made but not kept. The safety of your family is above all, in this hotel it is at zero. If you get hit on the head from the back, you will be afraid for your family. And a brave Ukrainian will shout that he is the deputy mayor of some city in Ukraine and he doesn’t care. People who saw the situation on the beach and we asked the management what they intended to do about the attackers. Answer: nothing. In other hotels, people are given an escort-translator to the hospital or police to the injured party. The one who attacked is evicted. Nothing here!! ! On the last day, some manager finally met with us and offered to call the police again and open a case against the attacker and his travel agency, which put pressure on the police. But we asked to be allowed to go home. The hotel did not respond to a letter of complaint.
The father of the family that travels with us smashed his head on a canopy on the beach. If you are over 170 cm tall, then wear a helmet, as one end of the canopy will hit you on the top of your head while you are distracted by the child.
- entertainment - yes, all day long you will be invited to sports, darts, etc. , but in the evening you will find an acrobatic dance show from different groups every day. During the lockdown, although people could dance until 21.00, now others are dancing, and you are waiting for it to end, because after the third similar performance it is already boring.
Before the video reviews, which are filmed by their manager, the dining room is cleaned and decorated. On other days, this is the usual dining room of a non-five-star hotel.
We left with such disappointment as never before. Since Russia was closed and relatives could not fly to our hotel in May, they thought to return in October. But after such an appeal at the hotel, the money was withdrawn and in October we went to another hotel. Thank God there Turkey returned our love for her.
Don't make mistakes! Especially with small children. The beach and the sea are not for children here. Suitable for those who travel for the sake of the bar.
