The hotel was chosen by photos, read the reviews, there were both good and bad. In the euphoria of the holiday, we chose Amara Prestige 5*. They settled us at 2 nights, quickly. The room was on the 2nd floor with a sea view. The sea is not visible because of the trees, but the pool is clearly visible. The bed, towels are clean, the mattresses in the mattress covers are clean, there are no bathrobes, glasses and a teaspoon with traces from previous guests, the hood does not work in the shower. The room was cleaned, the bar was replenished every day, but the glasses were not touched. In the dining-restaurant there are queues for everything, and the Turks are served out of turn. There are no free tables, they are occupied by people or dirty dishes, which they were in no hurry to clean up. The first day it seems that all the dishes are varied: there were chicken, turkey and fish, cheeses, sausages, fruits and vegetables, pastries, but these dishes were 3 times a day and every day! In the evening they prepared a grill on the terrace, the smoke fell right up to the neighboring hotel, and your elegant clothes and hair after dinner "smell" with this smoke. Animation for children is the same every day, starting at 20.30, all families with children, so there are a lot of children. Then for adults, but the children also stayed and their parents, again there are no places, everything is occupied, there is nowhere to sit. The rooms that overlook the sea and the pool also go on stage, so until the animation ends at 23.30 you will not fall asleep, but what if you have an excursion in the morning!?
In the evening there is a line at the bar, but the Turks are out of line! They stand in front of you and are served. Cocktails are made in disposable paper cups and in "Bistro" disposable tableware. The time stated in the hotel for the opening of the cafe does not correspond to the concept of the hotel. There are many beautiful pools, but there is no place to lie down, sun loungers need to be borrowed in the morning. The beach is good, the only place where there were seats. I was impressed by the landscape design, very nice and clean, so the photos are beautiful in the travel agency, which determines our choice in favor of this hotel, and everything else depends on the staff, and the staff is not interested in returning tourists.
