In Turkey for the sixth time - I state the facts - draw your own conclusions! When we arrived at the hotel, we were delighted with the view. The hall is also very beautiful, the reception staff speaks good Russian. The room is large: one double bed, one one and a half; large mirrors; romantic lighting, carpet. The view was at the entrance with a barrier (you can’t go out on the balcony in shorts - the guards are sitting downstairs in “glasses”) and the street, but in the background, on the other hand, mountains. There was only one chair on the balcony (they barely asked for a second one), there was a big crack in the plaster and in the room the walls were in some kind of smear and drips. There is no shampoo, conditioner or toilet brush in the bathroom. Of course, this did not upset us, it just seemed somehow strange. There is liquid soap in containers and toilet paper. The room has a normal safe and a fairly large refrigerator (filled once, then only a bottle of water per person). Room cleaning does not depend on the money left at all. We were constantly forgotten to put some towels (sometimes all together, sometimes selectively) we saw a towel for legs only on the day of arrival, then we spanked barefoot on the tile. Once in the morning there was no hot water throughout the hotel. Together with us in the hotel was VERY! many Turks (football teams of Istanbul University + conference) For girls (not all, though), this causes certain inconveniences. When you are constantly being looked at while eating without blinking from all sides (in a restaurant, the Turks turned their chairs around and moved around so that you could see better), you feel like a monkey in a zoo. Therefore, you have to drink... drink a lot... and I have never met more vile bartenders in my life, and it is unlikely that I will ever meet! When we asked for a cola on the first evening (well, yes, we didn’t take it with us, unlike whiskey), the bartender began to bargain with us what he would pour only if we drink it at the bar! (and this is ultra!!! , pay attention) In the beach bar, one boor climbed constantly extinguished, not embarrassed to drink with tourists right behind the counter. They asked me to make a Malibu-type cocktail - with kos liquor and milk from tetrapak (malibu was in the drinks listed in the free list, but, of course, it was not on the bar; as there was no baileys (a couple of days), airishkrem (in general), etc. d. ), so he says - “No milk”, we, like, - “What is in this bag for? ” - scolded us through his teeth in Turkish and mixed the cocktail. His replacement never smiled at all, and, as it were, did not understand either Russian or English... even the word “cocktail”. I saw how he made a delicious Russian from white wine, blue liquid and sprite... I don’t know if he began to drink it. The beach is small and dirty. The road to it through a beautiful garden is not annoying at all. Even, I would say, this is the most pleasant moment of this hotel. Food - I thought they were lying, saying that there is nothing to eat. We ate mainly cucumbers, and baked peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes. For the wings on the grill lined up like a mausoleum. Of course we didn't stop. Sweet table - I have never seen baklava, and semolina porridge tinted with various dyes and dried apricots, poured with honey - just a SHAME for Turkey! Salads - the same cucumbers, lettuce, carrots, peppers, cut in different ways and in different proportions. But the first time I returned from Turkey, dropping a couple of pounds! With animation, everything is simple - during the day it was practically non-existent. After watching the evening show once, they agreed that it was better not to have it at all. And to all questions - one answer - "Not the season! " In general, there were a lot of unpleasant moments (even the weather failed, it was cloudy for 3 days), but we had a great rest! Of course, holes in beach towels, the inability to choose a table on the veranda for dinner, Turkish dances and fights - this is nonsense that no one paid attention to, and you can find your pluses in everything! But, of course, we will not go to this hotel anymore, because we made the rest for ourselves, and there was no (almost) merit in this of the staff or the hotel itself - they only interfered with us!
