We rested in September 2018, three adults, frankly, fell for the Amara brand, it turned out that this was just a name and had nothing to do with Amara hotels. Settled in a room overlooking the courtyard of the hotel, the territory is not huge, but large, green. There are a lot of people, the staff is not that unable to cope with the number of guests, but very tired, wrappers, bits of fragments can lie on the ground and asphalt for several days, the maddened staff passes by and does not take any action to restore order, for the first time I encounter such indifference . Of course, there is also the fault of vacationers, they litter... and a lot, but the staff does not justify this.
So, the number of rooms is old, there were two rooms to choose from, in one and in the other everything needs a major overhaul and replacement of furniture, it is very dirty. It seems that cleaning is daily, but what's the point of wiping the mold in the bathroom cabin with a dry cloth, or the ingrained blackness in the sink, not to mention the shabby door with broken parts, honestly, it was very disgusting to be in the bathroom. A lot of dust, clouds of dust.
The pools visually seemed clean, they smelled of chlorine, which was reassuring that disinfection was still present. The sunbeds are dirty for several days, they are not washed immediately, both on the beach and by the pool, polluted by birds, filled with cocktails, chocolate, ice cream.

The beach is very small for so many guests, the fight for sunbeds, and also for the shade, it turns out there are people who reserve an empty shade, one laugh! I think that at the height of the season, there were simply not enough sunbeds, the beach borders on the city beach of the village, in principle, this does not cause any particular problems, but dogs and cats are frequent guests on the hotel's beach. The coastline is not cleaned: cigarette butts, napkins, pieces of paper, cups can all be found there, well, again, it seems that the cleaning guys walk around with plastic bags, create the appearance of cleaning, but everything is past. Throw garbage out of garbage vases as much as possible. Very dirty mattresses, in terrible stains. Beach towels are a different story, you get on the cards, you give it away just like that, in principle, you can not give it away, but just leave it in the room, as it turned out. The towels are terrible, faded, torn, of various sizes, it is unpleasant to use them, but you have to cover a dirty sunbed on the beach.
Meals at the hotel are almost round the clock, and very monotonous, in comparison with other hotels in the main restaurant there is a small selection of dishes. But since I am not obsessed with food, this is not a problem for me.
The evening entertainment program at the hotel is decent, but those who have a room facing the courtyard of the hotel will not be lucky, they won’t be able to fall asleep or rest until 12 at night, the music rumbles, the double-glazed windows do not save.
All questions are resolved at the guest relation counter, keep in mind the girl speaks only English or Turkish. Contacted twice and all by... For the first time we needed a meal service in individual packaging, unfortunately, this hotel does not provide such a service, we were sent to a nearby store. The second time we ordered a table at the A la Carte fish restaurant, while the girl with a smile booked the required date for us, asked what holiday we had on that day (and it was a family celebration) gave us a receipt indicating the date, time and name of the restaurant. And then the day and time for dinner came, and the restaurant was quiet, there was no light, no people. I checked the receipt, everything is correct. To resolve the situation, I went to the above-mentioned counter, at that time a Russian-speaking man was on duty there, who at first tried to convince me that I was confusing the dates, I, having shown him the receipt, made him open his eyes wide and forget the Russian language, I was given an answer that they sent me a letter about the cancellation of dinner, of course, I did not receive any letter, either paper or electronic. There were no apologies. It was very unpleasant, the evening was ruined.
In general, I would not have had questions about the hotel if I had paid $ 2.000 for it, but I gave twice as much. Hotel, with a stretch of 4 stars.
